THIS IS MY VERY FAVORITE FRY PAN. USED IT FOR A WEEK SO FAR NO SPRAY NO BUTTER JUST A LITTLE VERY LITTLE WATER NOTHING STICKS!!! CLEANING IS A QUICK WIPE OUT.

I will be buying more of these pans.

Love the Copper Chef pans!! Easy to clean, but make sure you read the directions. I also have Parrots and could only use stainless steel , but since there are no chemical fumes in thse pans, I finally found a fantastic non stick pan.

Good Product - Non-stick but not non-scratch

We wanted to try these because we had seen them advertised. They are good products but the instructions that come with them let you know that they are not made for abuse and can be easily scratched. (contrary to some advertising) They eliminate the need to use oils in cooking and they are pretty much a non-stick product although we managed to get one thing stuck to it once. They clean up easily and are worth the money. If you buy one be sure to read the instructions before you use the pan.

Easy cleaning!

We find the copper Chef Pan is extremely easy to clean. After cooking bacon we let the grease cool a bit and then I just wipe it out with a paper towel. We have both 9" and 12" pans and we do the same with each of them. Food does not stick (scrambled or fried eggs for instance). Highly recommend the copper chef pans to anyone.

Well made, non-stick & easy to clean!

I've used it a few times now, cooking bacon and eggs, and I'm very satisfied! Very easy to clean, and it's definitely nonstick. It's a large 12" pan so it doesn't quite heat evenly. That could be my gas burner/stove, or the pan, I don't know. Thats the only thing I dislike. Other than that it's an excellent fry pan, just make sure you use silicone utensils and let the pan cool before washing ! (Basic common sense 😊) Comes with a nice heavy glass lid. For $30, worth it!

I love this pan

I love this pan. It is a great size for a family of four and yet not too bulky to store. I have other Copper Chef pans and they are all wonderful. Foods do not stick, but will brown if you cook them long enough. Definitely worth every penny!

My New Favorite Pan

I have always used T-Fal non stick pans. They perform well but over time the coating starts to come off and I discard them. Decided to try the new Copper technology. I am very pleased! Have used the new pan many times. It is non stick! I have never had anything stick in this pan. I know have three different sizes of the Copper Chef pans. They are all great! The coating seems to be very hard and there are no signs of any of the coating coming off. I use nonmetallic spoons, tongs and spatula's just to be on the safe side. The pans have thick bottoms and dissipate the heat very well. From my perspective they are a joy to cook with...

Cleaning is a dream. Just a little Dawn on my sponge and it's spotless.

So far I've used this product for items like bacon and eggs to fried chicken to creamed spinach. It has worked quite well. I gave it a four star on scratch resistance as the bottom caught a scorch mark that seems to be impervious to everything I've tried so far. Still that is the bottom and not the inside. I ordered this product after getting the roaster as an xmas gift, which I use one to two times a week and it's still pristine. Adore copper chef.

Super slippery

This pan is super slippery. It takes a little time to get used to the slickness...you have to chase fried eggs around the pan. All in all, we like it and may buy the larger one. Make sure to get the one with the lid.
