I'm sorry to see that the only reviews for this product are from 2 people who didn't know how to operate it. However, I'm often guilty of only taking time to comment when there is a problem, not when things work as expected. Using the DVR620KU can be tricky but if reading the manual isn't enough for you try searching Youtube. I just did and found a couple videos that explain the dubbing process. Once you understand the process the DVR620KU can serve you well. I copied 50+ family videos from VHS-C (with adapter) to DVD and 6 years later it still works great!
