EDITED REVIEW: My original review (see below in its entirety) was for 3 stars, in which I noted that the product arrived to me missing a piece and that I couldn't get anyone to get back to me. However someone at the mfr read my review here, reached out to me, and replaced the missing piece, no questions asked. Therefore I've added this edit to my review and changed my rating from 3 stars to 5, since that was the only thing wrong with it. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I want to review this at 5 stars because I've used it several times and it completely rocks as far as what it's supposed to do (keeping food hot for LONG periods of time). But I also want to review it at 0 stars because I can't get anyone in customer service to get back to me about a missing piece; maybe I should have contacted Amazon instead of trying the contact information on the product documentations? Whatever the case, it arrived without the "dish holder/trivet that allows you to take hot food straight out of the oven and place it inside the carrier." Since it very specifically states in the instructions that you have to use that part, I left one voicemail and one email at the contact points on the product documentations, but nobody got back to me ... for like over a month now. Now as I said, I've used it (I use a towel instead of the missing piece) and boy oh boy does it do its job well — I've kept food warm for hours, once from home to a work lunch potluck and once on a short road trip — but that missing piece and crappy customer service isn't worth it. I would definitely not buy from here again.

Very sturdy and secure case

Obsessed with this carrying case. It actually keeps my dishes hot and it’s so tight and secure that I’m never worried when transporting things. Loving it so far!

Love it!

Love the color and design. extends to hold up to two cake pans. Keeps food nice and hot for a pot luck and its cute to boot! Only thing is when it is extended the Velcro that goes around the handles to keep them together gives way. other than that I love it!

wise choice

i attend class at my church every monday night for a few hours. our group takes turns providing food. i was looking for an item like this to carry more than one casserole dish to keep food hot. it fit the bill perfectly. i like the option of collapsing the top if i only need one of the carrying spaces. this is a good choice. and it's blue - my favorite color. :)

So extremely useful!!! great quality

I absolutely LOVE this carrier. It has so much room and insulates so well! I can put two very large casserole dishes in the carrier with no stress to the carrier at all. I have waited forever to buy one of these and im so excited i finally did and this is the one i chose to buy! Great product...great quality!!

Can't find anything to complain about

I like the feature where you can convert one storage unit into two and without any difficulty. It also comes with an extra layer of heat resistant material so I give it 5 stars for durability AND functionality.

A part was missing

This arctic thermal bag was missing the trivet liner, which the product directions state is essentially necessary to use for hot items. I bought two of these, one had the great liner the other not. Can you send me a liner? It's a good product and I would like to keep and use both. Thanks.
