Great nightlight for breastfeeding
I originally bought this for myself so I could have a little light, if needed, to breastfeed without waking my husband. I read that the light was dim enough that it wouldn't wake a sleeping partner and I agree with that assessment 100%; though I would note that it depends on how you turn it on. If you double-tap the light, the lowest setting is still quite bright (though my husband sleeps through it just fine). If you press and hold until the light comes on, it turns on in the 'night light' setting, which is far dimmer than the lowest setting using the double-tap method. On it's brightest setting, you can easily illuminate an entire room. In fact, this light has pretty much replaced my night stand light all together. At first I wasn't sold on the benefit of having a nightlight that you 'charge' so you could carry it around but now I am. It's a real convenience to be able to move this light to another location if need be (like to help with changing the rare but dreaded overnight poopy diaper!) Additionally, a single charge lasts a LONG time. I go at least a month plus before having to set it back on the charger, and this is even with leaving it on for extended periods of time to help baby fall asleep. My husband recently asked for his own VAVA night light to keep on his nightstand to use in the early morning because he has difficulty navigating around the bedroom in the dark (we have heavy duty blackout curtains) and he doesn't want to wake baby while getting ready for work. I purchased a second and we'll probably just get rid of our nightstand lamps since these are so much more convenient. We also live in an area where power outages aren't uncommon and these have replaced our LED lantern since they're so portable, bright (when you want them to be) and safe. Highly recommend!

Stopped working after 7 months. Edited 5/2/19
Edited to add: After submitting this review the company contacted me and not only refunded my money, but also sent me a replacement device, explaining I didn’t even need to return the original one. So far so good with a new light And I am seriously impressed with the customer service! Absolutely loved this light. The ability to dim it. Controls without having to search for the buttons in the dark. Being portable. All of it. Except now, 7 months after having it, It no longer will stay on. Even on the base, it will stay on for a matter of 10-15 seconds and shut off. Very disappointed, as I have recommended this product to countless other new moms who were looking for something to use during night feedings.

Exceeded Expectations!
I LOVE this night light! I purchased it since I needed some light while nursing my newborn in the middle of the night. The functionalities are superb. I didn't realize that this night light can be used plugged in or not. Since it's battery powered it's easy to manuver around at night if needed (diaper changes). The portable egg like shape is light and easy to relocate. I also love the lighting options. There's a white light or softer yellow setting. The light can also be dimmed/brightened very easily by a few taps. * Battery may be dead out of the package, so make sure to charge for a few minutes to an hour. When I first received it, I plugged it in to use it but didn't have any response and almost thought it was defective. Awesome product worth every penny.

Life changing
This little huevo, as I like to call it, has changed my life. I absolutely love this creation. I can wake up in the middle of the night to breastfeed without reaching over for a lamp and carry it wherever I want. It doesn’t heat up so it’s safe for babies and kids. It holds its charge so I can have it on standby and use it for days with no worry. This would make any mother or mother to be happy.

Awesome Night Light that is adjustable to dim or lighten by touch
This night light works perfect for my child's room. My child is able to have it by their bed at night and read before they fall asleep and then adjust the light by touch to lower the light to use for a night light. It is easy to charge and use. I like that it has a docking station and also an option to hang above the head. It would be perfect for camping and overnight stays too. My child loved also that it came with stickers that you can make faces on the night light. It is a lot of fun and a way to be creative.

Really good product
I really like it. It is not so cheap but the quality exceeds my expectations. The size is perfect. The bright side intensity is more than enough at the maximum and just perfect at the minimum. The night mode is a great addition. I love the charging base. Perfect product for baby's and moms to avoid wake up the Dads :) Update 5/30/18: After 2 months I am in love with this thing, is the PERFECT companion for the breath feeding. My only minor complete is where is placed (in the Vava Logo) the touch switch to change the color temperature, is very common to change the color temperature when you have it in your hands, Other than that I believe that is PERFECT. The battery lasts me 1 month. I only charged 1 time.

THIS IS THE ONE
Mom of 2 kids here, I've purchased many lights for my kids, i've poked the baby in the eye with the bottle in the middle of the night.....this is the solution, search no further!!! This is tiny and petite so doesnt take up much room, dim enough to not wake a baby up for a change or feed, yet can be brightened to serve your toddlers needs!!! Love this, actually went back and bought 2! I also love that its portable and I can move it around the room off the charger if I want!! Great nightlight!!!!

Amazing price for quality, easy-to-use, chic product
Absolutely LOVE this light! It could easily pass for an Apple product bc it’s so innovative and chic and easy to use. I love how it can toggle between a soft yellow light or an LED white light. And I like how you can just tap it to go from bright to dim. No buttons or switches to fumble around for in the dark. And no batteries (it’s rechargeable) or cords so you can carry it from room to room as needed. I use it out in the living room on the back of the couch at night when my newborn twins are sleeping on their boppy pillows or in our bedroom late at night to tend to them in their bassinets so I don’t wake my husband up. I also take it into the nursery and set it on the changing table late at night so I don’t wake the babies up too much. I can’t speak highly enough about this light! Very high quality—they could easily sell this thing for $45-50 bc it’s really that nice. In a world of cheaply made crappy stuff it’s refreshing.

I LOVE this light
I LOVE this light! I keep it on the soft yellow light setting and leave it on throughout the night next to my bed. It’s just the right amount of light to clearly see my baby in the night while she sleeps in her bedside bassinet, but not so bright that it bothers my husband while he sleeps on the other side of the bed. I love the double tap feature because it makes turning it on/off a breeze, and the light “remembers” the last setting it was on so I never have to fiddle with it.
