Practical in our small house!

It’s a great fit in my small house! It’s lightweight and I was able to put together by myself with the tool that was supplied. Fits lots of shoes and coats. I don’t have it mounted to the wall since we aren’t allowed to put holes in them, and it still holds up great!

Nice value/look

After a few days of heavy use, it's holding up well. I'm a petite female that was able to put it together by myself. I didn't have any issues with missing instructions, missing parts, or pieces that didn't fit together. Attaching the bench was by far the hardest part especially with only one person but doable with patience. In hindsight, a rubber mallet may have been helpful. I appreciated how they even provided extra parts just in case. I liked how it was narrower compared to other racks I'd seen online to fit my entryway. Overall, satisfied with the value and appearance of the rack.

looks pretty good, and was easy enough to assemble

I needed something near our front door for shoes and bags. This works very well, fits in my space, looks pretty good, and was easy enough to assemble. I had an issue with one screw and I contacted the vendor and they very quickly sent a replacement part which solved the issue.

Looks better than i thought it would.

I love how it looks. I was afraid I wouldn't like it or it would look super cheap, but I think it looks great. Some of the powder coating had flaked off, but it's not noticable. It was a bit of a struggle putting it together by myself. Some not nice words came out of my mouth several times. But if you have another person to help and are maybe more coordinated than I am it should be no problem.

Updated - exceptional customer service!

Update: The initial package was missing very critical pieces so I had to return it. The seller/manufacturer reached out to me and assured that that they do have very stringent quality measures. They sent a replacement. It had everything required to put this together. There were very easy to follow instructions. I put it together in less than 20min and it looks great. It has adjustable knobs on each leg to get the perfect balance. Superb customer service! Would definitely recommend giving them a chance.

Subtle Beauty

We needed a coat rack near the foyer of the house. It was something we'd discussed for awhile. However, there wasn't anything around we liked. I wanted something that was not only a place to hang jackets, but put shoes. We found this on Amazon and it was the perfect addition to the house. I despise clutter and this item not only has a place to put jackets and shoes, but a small shelf for the few extras we take to work everyday. It is simple to put together and the wood (faux) is heavy with reinforced metal pilot holes for the screws. It's constructed in a way that allows for a lot of weight; and comes with wall anchors if you are inclined to put the weight limit to the test. It is elegant, efficient, esthetic, and affordable. What more can you ask for? A great product and an unbeatable price.

Beautiful and Sturdy! Great Price and Quality!

I highly recommend this coat rack bench. It is very sturdy. The wood is beautiful and looks a bit distressed. It looks high end. It was easy to assemble. Just screws with an allen wrench that is provided. It took about 30-45 minutes working at a slow pace. The instructions are just pictures but they are very easy to understand. Each set of hardware is in a bag labeled with the correct letter. It was super easy to find everything. I recommend attaching the upright poles to the bench and then attaching the top portion of the coat rack to the bottom portion of the poles after the bottom part of the upright poles have been attached to the bench. This worked much better for me.

Perfect coat/shoe/hat/purse rack

It’s very simple but looks good. Easy to put together (15-20min). Works perfect for a small area for shoes, coats, hats, purses, etc.

Functionality !

The functionality of this thing is incredible. The bench/seat part was not the easiest to slide on but once I got it together I couldn’t be more pleased. This serves a lot of purposes in my small space. Shoes, jackets and hats and even a bench for my gym bag and purse . Keeps my house way more clean and organized.
