Its a great insert for your backpack. However, anything too wide for the dimensions, and the Velcro sleeve will come alittle loose.

Great for turning backpage into light duty camera bag

This is great. It isn't waterproof or for heavy duty protection but it is perfect for the price. I use this as a drop in for whatever backpack I am using. Works great on vacation and I'll throw in my DSLR and an extra lens or two. I then can use the rest of the backpack for my kids stuff. Would reccomend and buy again.

Awesome product to better organize and protect your camera gear!

Great insert that greatly imptoved my LowePro Passport Sling III. Was looking for a lightweight travel sling bag to hold my D500 with a mounted 80-200mm zoom as well as at least one or rwo more mid range zooms or primes. I would have rated the Passport III 5 stars but the included padded insert was inadequate. Too small to house the mid-size DSLR with the 80-200mm zoom mounted. The solution was to replace the insert with a 12.5×7.5x5.5 Kattee insert from Amazon for $13.99. The Kattee insert fits perfectly and I can easily fit the camera and three lenses with space for more! BTW, the Kattee is well padded for protection! With this combination I have the most lightweight, flexible and comfortable bag I have ever seen or worn. It gives you the option to configure your gear the way you need for any trip or assignment!

Excellent Holder. It’s a little big but the quality is great! The outside shell is extremely durable and the inside is soft. I use this in a standard Y strap backpack and it works well! My Nikon and extra lens fit secure inside it.

I have a nice LLBean bag and I got this too be able to travel that bag and keep my camera and lenses protected. This totally fills the bill for that.

This literally converted my backpacks into camera bags. They are not obvious camera bags so it’s not obvious what I am carrying. They are very well put together and you can move the dividers as you wish.
