Great for everyday use, gentler than alcohol-based washes

I switched to this product after my dentist recommended that I stay away from alcohol-based mouth washes. This one doesn't burn nearly as badly as alcohol-based washes, although it's still got a zap to it. Just keep in mind that the bottle is HUGE and so is the cap - I only need a tiny bit of mouthwash every time and the cap is way too big to measure it out.

Very Good product

My dental hygienist recommended this mouthwash to remove the black tea and blueberry stains from my teeth--I have both every day & they do stain my teeth. I haven't had a miracle, haha, but the mouthwash appears to be doing the best job at keeping my stains to a minimum. It also tastes fresh and does not burn like that other alcohol free mouthwash. I really appreciate that it is alcohol free
