Great Tooth Brush, But Comes In Different Designs

Let me start by saying I currently have two foster daughters, ages 10 and 8. Both are currently obsessed with Monster High. Anyone who has two children of the same gender, around the same age- knows that everything must be equal. Things must be the same or else mass jealousy sets in. When I originally purchased two of these toothbrushes, I didn't look at them before giving them to my girls. After handing them their new toothbrushes, thoughtlessly, I immediately here "I wanted THAT one!" from my youngest. I looked over to see both toothbrushes, in the SAME EXACT package, and said "Honey- you got the same exact toothbrushes." Of course an argument ensued and I realized that I probably better go have a look. There were definitely two differently toothbrushes. One had all of the cartoon characters (as pictured in the item description). The other had a cute monster high skull design. They both wanted the one with the cute monster high skull design. So that was an issue- but in all reality that doesn't dock this toothbrush a star. It's just in the review to make other parents aware. Onto the toothbrushes 5-star qualities! The designs on the toothbrush- contrary to being two different designs, are very cute and have held up really well even with daily use. They have an on-off switch on the front of the toothbrush that is easy to push and use. The toothbrush has a great vibrating motor, that really ensures the kids are getting their teeth sparkling white and clean. The bristles on the brush are a medium firmness. They work really well for my kids. The head of the toothbrush is the perfect size for them and they can easily use it without it being too large for their mouths (like some adult-sized toothbrushes are). The handles are a bit bulky, but that's to be expected with a mechanical toothbrush. My kids don't mind it, because hey- electric toothbrushes are so darn cool! Overall, I am really happy with these toothbrushes. They look neat and are holding up well. They have my kiddos excited about dental hygiene and I am happy they are happy. The two different designs is something to consider if you're a parent of two girls of the same or similar age though!

Helping children brush their teeth is priceless

My son Is two years old and has just decided after being wonderful at letting me brush his teeth he no longer likes it. I am very strict on dental hygiene and I had to think of something fast so i ordered this toothbrush to spark his interest. The pros: -interest sparked! -he feels self sufficient and independent brushing his own teeth while at the same time I can relax knowing his is being aided in the process. I still do an initial run through, but leave him to feel like he is grown up and brushing along side me -It seems to work well, batteries are working great. I bought mine through amazon so I am assuming that little kids havent been playing with it like what happens when you buy stuff in the store. I saw another review about batteries dying, and no wonder if you get it where others have been messing and playing with the buttons! cons: - it is a bit big for my sons mouth, but he is two years old. not really the tooth brushes fault but something to consider! side note: This got knocked in reviews by some because of the color of the toothbrush is different than displayed. Amazon has some products like this and they say in the description that colors may vary. If you are steadfast on something particular, than dont order where it says this.... the one that I got was yellow and a just spongebob. This didnt bother me because i read the description and also my two year old son isnt picky :) for $7 its a steal to encourage teeth brushing!

My child needed a perfect match and this one is it. Great for kids who like to lie about brushing their teeth. I scream "your toothbrush is LOUD, I know you didn't brush your teeth" about 4 times a day. Dentist gives rave reviews on the teeth. Must work.

My son is 1.5 and he loves these brushes. I feel like the electric toothbrush makes brushing more effective and fun! Has withstood my son throwing and playing with his toothbrush many many times.

So far this is great. My daughter loves it. It works well right out of the package and she states it makes her teeth feel clean (she is 8 year old, so take that with a grain of salt). I did buy 3 of these, each with different designs. One warning, some make noise. I purchased a ninja turtle one and a transformers one for my boys and the ninja turtle one talks. I thought we were going to have a fight! Luckily, the boy with the transformer tooth brush was so happy with his design that the fact that his brother's tooth brush talked did not seem to matter to him.

It seems like it works all in all good. I got it for my son and my son seems to be enjoying it and using it quite well. It's not over loud. It doesn't scare him or startle him. He's even said that he's enjoyed how it massages his gums for him and that makes his gums and his teeth feel better, and that's a double Plus for me to hear that that's helping my son. I like hearing that and I'm glad that it does that for him.
