Outstanding customer service. Clock arrived on time and everything worked good except for the battery backup. I contacted Amazon for a return shipping label which they sent me promptly but I decided also to contact the email on the set up card. Within 12 hours I received a response from the manufacturer saying they will be shipping out a new clock immediately. The next day I received a confirmation saying the new clock has been shipped. It's a very nice clock that I purchased for two reasons... 1 for the dimming ability on the display which works wonderfully and is easy to use the 2nd reason was for the battery backup which unfortunately didn't work but was resolved immediately when I notified the manufacturiner. Highly recommended and nice to know there still is good customer service out there in the world.

Great so far!!

So far this is just what I wanted and has been very pleasing. My wife's alarm clock has only a 5/8" number display, but this clock's time readout is over an inch- about 1 3/32". Just right! Also the dimmer of the two brightness settings (off-dim-bright) is just right for night time, and bright enough during the day that I don't have to switch the brightness twice a day. So I am very pleased with this unit. I hope that over time, it remains accurate. That would be my only disappointment. Now for just a little bad news. It didn't concern me, because I have a stereo receiver at my bedside and did not need this FM radio. I never unrolled the FM antenna to try for radio reception. There was none with the antenna still rolled up. I am in a "fringe" reception area. If you are too, this might not suit you if you are counting on the radio.

So far I do love it. It's smaller than I expected

So far I do love it. It's smaller than I expected, but that is a Good thing, because it has all the features. Looked and looked for white, but couldn't find one with all the features I wanted. BECAUSE this is NICELY small, it makes up for not being white. So thankful the numbers aren't that glaring red. They are white (or just SLIGHTLY blue), and nicely large. They have THREE levels of dimming: very bright, half bright, off. Having temperature is a super feature. Radio is FM. For me the price was a bit high, so I'm just hoping this will last and last. Bottom line: I am glad that I held off getting some other one. This did turn out to be the best for me, especially in that it is smaller than I expected, but the numbers are LARGE.

Good clock

This is replacement for an alarm clock that was so complicated it couldn't be set. This clock is great. The size is smaller than a pound of butter so it doesn't take up much real estate, it's easy to set, the temperature and clock are accurate, the USB option is much appreciated because I read in bed on my ipad. The dimmer controls are great- you hold down the bar for a few seconds for each switch from bright to mediium to off. When the light is off, a quick press of the bar turns the light on for a few seconds then off. There's nothing not to like about this clock. The sound is not great but I'm not doing extended listening to the radio. The only trivial option would be for the light to come on when the alarm/radio does. But compared to all the pros, it's not a big deal.

Compact size, easy to use

Got it yesterday and find it easy and intuitive to use. Simple without extras. I did find the lower display setting too bright for night use. But there is a "cure"! Amazon sells a product called "Dim It" light dimming sheets, $7.99. Simply trim them with scissors and the sheet will cling to the display without tape, etc. (I had them on hand since I've had this problem with other appliances.) Be sure to install the back-up batteries (3 AAA) or the slightest "burp" on the power line will cause the clock to drop all the settings.

EXCELLENT Dreamsky alarm clock radIo!

I must admit, that I was hesitant to order this because I had never heard of Dreamsky and figured it might be a bust. However, I realized that the Sony alarm clock radio that I bought less than 2 years ago was even more of a bust. My Sony kept adding and subtracting an hour, and had nothing to do with daylight savings time. I got tired of worrying whether it was going to wake me at the right time every morning. So I did take a chance and ordered the Dreamsky. I LOVE IT ❤️! It is easy to program, didn’t even need the instructions. The display has three settings and I can dim or turn off the light to sleep. The display shows exactly what the alarm is set at and whether it is on or off. . The radio has excellent sound quality. Even better than my junk Sony. (Which went into the garbage, no more Sony products for me!’ It also has only one alarm on it. Which is what I was looking for. It looks nice over all as well. Did I mention I love this Dreamsky alarm clock radio? 🙂 I highly recommend it. I am even thinking of buying another just to keep it in reserve for years from now when I need another.

So obviously the reception on this one is MUCH better than the old one

Purchased for my 85-year-old mother. She loves it. This unit replaced a clock radio that she had that was probably 20+ years old! So obviously the reception on this one is MUCH better than the old one. I was shocked at how flimsy the unit seemed. Lightweight - not sturdy. But the reception on the radio is great for an obscure station that she could not get before this radio. The blue lights are better than the old red numerals. The temp function is nice. Great little clock radio. I would buy for myself if I needed one right now.

Great clock radio

Great clock radio. Item arrived as described. I find the blue display is more soothing than the red ones. The large display is easy to read. The alarm sound is less annoying than my old one but loud enough to wake me up. I find the temperature display very handy. You can run the wire out the window to see what the temperature is outside or leave it inside to assist in determining if the room is actually warm or if you're having a hot flash. Overall, it's a really nice clock at a great price.

A great little clock!

This is a great little clock! I bought it recently to replace a Sony clock/radio that went on the fritz after ten years or so, and I was looking for something a little more compact, that had a large time display, that looked reasonably nice, and that plugged into an outlet rather than a USB charger. This looked good online for a lot of reasons, including price and some features I didn't care about too much but actually appreciate. Its instructions are pretty easy to figure out, too. What surprised me in a good way, considering the size of the unit, is that its sound output is really pretty good--definitely better than what it replaces! I'll use the radio only for its alarm function, but it's nice to know that it sounds good--and I can connect a speaker to it if I want to. It's nice to discover a new brand!

Great features!

I had a hard time finding the right clock. I wanted one with a green or blue display so this fit the bill. I love that it shows the alarm time when the alarm is set. My old one you had to push a button to see the alarm time. I also wanted a USB port and it has one. The temperature feature is cool to have also. There are also 3 display settings; on, dim & off. When it's off you tap the large button and it comes on for a few seconds. I only have it a few days but I love it so far. I hope it lasts but don't see why it wouldn't.
