Legit little keyboard for iPad 9.7 (2018 version)

This is a solid little keyboard for the 9.7 iPad. I used to have a company issued iPad Pro, and I turned it in when I switched jobs... However I had become accoustomed to taking notes using the Apple Pencil in One Note, (kind of living out of One Note actually). Also using the cellular connectivity to keep up with emails on the go. So on my own dime I went for th 9.7, because the additional features of the pro didn’t really make a difference to me. This keyboard is a very nice compliment to that device. My experience is with both the Smart Keyboard cover, and a Logitech keyboard case for the iPad Pro. This keyboard works as well as both of those two, its actually less cumbersome than the Logitech, and at least for me, more comfortable than the Smart Cover keyboard. My only complaint is this doesn’t transition easily to taking notes with the Apple Pencil unles I pull the iPad out of the case, and it doesn’t have a pencil holder built in. For me that isn’t a deal breaker by any means, as I have a case for when I’m mainly utilizing my iPad for notes in meetings etc. My use of the keyboard will be more travel related, and for that purpose I believe it will perform exceptionally well.

Update - unit has broken at hinge - quality has declined since first ZAGG I purchased

This is a replacement for an old Zagg which was on the first Ipad I purchased 8-10 years ago. Recently replaced that Ipad unit and thus wanted a new case. The old one was not completely worn out but was getting there. This unit works well - have had it several months and the batter is still going strong. The comfort is a 4 star for me as it does stay open on its own but some of the positions are less secure in the open position than I would like in that it tends to move out of that position......if that makes sense. Zagg makes quality products that last well and the batter life on my old case was still exceptional even after many years. I use the Ipad daily and I only have to recharge the batter once per year or max twice.

Best iPad Keyboard Case

I've tried several types of keyboard cases and this is by far my favorite. The hinged case makes it easy to read from every angle, and allows you to hand the iPad to someone else so they can see your photos/etc. - neither of which you can do with cases that have the iPad resting on the keyboard. The hinged case also provides the best protection for your iPad. Great battery life too!

I love this case!

I needed a more sturdy iPad case and this one does the job. It's great to have an iPad keyboard that is compact enough to fit my iPad and just large enough to have the feel of a true full-size keyboard. I even love the feel of keys. It makes my iPad feel more like a laptop than an iPad. I will say that the backlit keys don't really do much for me, but they never have, so it doesn't bother me. This is a great iPad case.

Great product

I love this keyboard. The changing colors of the backlit keyboard, the 3 different brightness settings, long lasting battery, and a very smooth typing experience overall—these make up the features of a great product that you can’t go wrong with.

I use my IPad constantly, especially now that I’m WFH due to Covid-19. This case keeps it upright and securely protected. The keyboard is perfect and the ability to tilt the screen in any angle is a great benefit. This is my second one; the first one lasted for several years but the hinges broke. So if I had one suggestion for improvement, I’d say make the hinges even sturdier.

Nice large keyboard. iPad should be more snug!

Great product for my iPad. Very easy to connect and the battery lasts a long time. The only issue is the iPad does not lock in as I would like to. Also it would be nice if you could invert the tablet so you can have the lightning cable on either side.

Good Keyboard for an IPad.

I have owned several keyboards for IPads. This one is by far the best. It is sturdy and has several function keys that make use and navigation easy. I has the feel of a PC keyboard and I would recommend this keyboard to a friend! I do not write a lot of reviews, but this was an exceptional keyboard.

ZAGG Folio Case with Wireless Backlit Keyboard

I have three (3) ZAGG keyboards for my iPad Air, iPad Pro, and iPad Mini! I brought the current iPad and found isn’t a ZAGG keyboard made for the last eat iPad! I returned this keyboard! I be had these for years and prefer them over other keyboards!

I'm in LOVE

This case works perfect for us. It is very strong and I feel that my iPad is always safe. The keyboard is amazing and I love the back light keyboard. I have had this for about 3 weeks now and have not had to charge the keyboard yet. It is strong enough that it holds he iPad up without a back leg, which makes it able to sit on my lap. We love it!
