When I received this product, I missing one of the components. I emailed the company and within just a few hours, I received a reply from the company addressing my situation. Within 48 hours, they had shipped me what I had needed and completely solved my issue, and then some. They ensured I was 100% taken care of. Customer service is this company's top priority and I was able to see that myself with my purchase. AWESOME TRAVEL COMPANION!!!

Fabulous companion to my world travels and wonderful customer service--even before it arrived, I felt truly cared about. What a nice change from many other, less caring companies! I would love to be able to give these gorgeous maps to many of my tumbleweed friends...do you ever do special pricing for multiples? And do you have any suggestions for mounting/hanging the map? I could just use thumbtacks on a bulletin board, but it deserves better than that!

Excellent quality, but going to cost me a lot in new travel :)

This map is exactly what I’ve been waiting for. It’s chic with the black and gold against the vibrant watercolor. The map is easy to scratch and very sturdy. I have this pinned to the wall in my cubicle with little gold tacks. My only complaint is that not all countries maps are provided below (Guam is missing and that’s a place I love!) and some of the maps are squares instead of rectangles. However, my complaints are minimal at best. This is by far the best quality map and the price is very reasonable. I am pretty well-traveled but it’s only now that I’ve realized I have only visited fairly small countries! Now to book Australia, Brazil or Russia to really get the color going :)

It came fast and would be a great gift for people who travel a lot

It came fast and would be a great gift for people who travel a lot. The first thing i noticed was it wasn't bulletin board material it was a poster. Overall, i think it has beautiful water color underneath the gold foil. Also it comes with a ruler, a pick, an eraser, and stickers.

Amazing map and customer service!

I absolutely love it! My original order came defected and I immediately went to return it. The following day I received an email from the seller asking how the product was and giving me a chance for a replacement if anything was wrong, I talked to the seller and I was able to get my replacement quickly and without the hassle of returning the one I already had. The map is quite beautiful and fun to use. I do wish it came in a bigger size but overall it is perfect!

Grandson Loves It

I bought this for a grandson, not because he travels much, but because he collects coins from around the world. He uses this map to scratch off countries from which he has money. He’s thrilled with exposing the colors underneath and is encouraged to collect more coins. For countries with one Currency, like Canada and the Unite States, he is scratching off provinces and states that he has visited. This map is sturdy, well-made, and the little accessory kit is a nice addition. The packaging was crushed when the item arrived but the map itself was not damaged.

Great product!

I was extremely pleased first of all with how the product arrived. I bought it as a gift and it was well packaged to keep the map safe. The map hasn't been used yet, as it is a gift, but just opening it up and looking at it, it looks great. Can't wait to give it to my son for his dorm room as he loves to travel!
