Great stand, needs trimming first

There is a little nub near one of the posts that must be there to help keep the stand tightly in place once locked in. My nub just kept it from locking at all. Get a knife and trim the nub (so to speak) down so that the stand can lock into place. Trim a little and then test fit until it locks in nice and snug.

Great Product (needs a tiny bit of tinkering)

This product is exactly as described. It has the exact same finish as the Xbox One X itself and blends in perfectly. It doesn’t have a huge footprint but once it’s locked in, it feels very sturdy. Definitely could withstand some bumps and shakes of the surface it’s sitting on. However, as one other reviewer pointed out, there is a small nub situated next to one of the two locking arms. This nub is used for when you slide the Xbox into place so it locks the base on. It seems that this little nub might be literally just a millimeter too long so it needs to be trimmed just a tiny bit in order for the product to work correctly. To do this, I used some needle nose pliers and literally just grabbed the nub to pull off a tiny bit of this plastic. It does not look clean as you can see in my pics, but it works perfectly. 5 star product cause this tiny inconvenience takes maybe 2 seconds to fix.

Works like a charm

When I first received the package I was nervous that this would be some cheap Chinese ripoff that wouldn't work as the package was full of bad grammar and misspelling. Much to my relief, the stand performs exactly as advertised. It is easy to snap on, is very sturdy, and blends in well with the console. Don't let the bad English alarm you.

Study and allows for great air flow

This stand works great. It is sturdy and feels well built. It was tough to get it to snap in place. I felt like I was going to break something but once it snapped in place the stand was solid. This allows for great air flow on the console too. This is a good buy if you have an Xbox One X.

Hands down great stand !!!

I am not the one to usually use vertical stands I always leave my consoles horizontal, however, I wanted to change it up and this stand is great !!!! For the Xbox One X it is just fantastic !! It locks into place just by sliding it into the grooves and wow it feels really sturdy !! I would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a stand for their Xbox one x !!!

Simple to install with a thin profile

The portion of the stand that contacts the XBOX ONE X is sized exactly the same as the console. All of the dimensions match up to the console, there is no overhang or underhang. The tolerance of manufacture is impressive and well worth the price. It even has a finished texture that is identical to the console and looks like something that was included in the box.

It does exactly what is intended to do

As much as I like living detailed reviews about products I buy, this is one of those items that is intended to do one thing only, and it does it exactly as it is supposed to. Light, easy to attach, and keeps my Xbox One vertical and steady. Excellent purchase.

Does the job

Pretty easy to install just have to apply some pressure when popping it in but works awesome and clears up tons of space and haven’t had any issues with anything. I download all my games so I don’t really use a disc so not sure if it affects disc readability but I love it!

Since Microsoft doesn't sell an official one...

This works just fine. Had to push a little harder than I felt comfortable with to pop it in place, but it's definitely secure and sturdy. From what I can tell, this is exactly like the officially licensed one that Microsoft used to link to that is no longer available.

Fit Like a Glove After Shaving Down the Nub

As user 'Consumer Bias' stated, there was a small plastic 'nub' stopping my stand from sliding into my Xbox One X, but once shaved down as suggested, it was a perfect fit. Handy little stand for a nice price.
