I needed 9V batteries because they are the battery backup for my lift chair. I lost power recently for several hours and was stuck in my chair. My 9V batteries did not have enough power to let my chair down. I have a rechargeable battery charger, but it does not charge 9V. So I needed a charger and I selected this one because it can charge 4 batteries at once. So now I have a pair if batteries in the chair and a freshly charged pair in case they give out. I am very happy with the charger and live having the ability to change out and recharge my batteries monthly. I don't ever want to be trapped again. If you have a 9V need, I highly recommend this charger and batteries. Note: I checked my chair today to see if the batteries are working. I unplugged it while I was in full recline. The batteries got the chair back into sitting position. Everything works great now. I have swapped batteries and am confident that a power outage won't trap me again. I highly recommend this charger and battery set.

If you need to power pedals for your guitar then you need this set up. I prefer batteries for my pedals over power supply's. But I always leave them plugged in and kill the batteries. At $7 a whack that adds up to a fortune real quick. These batteries hold a charge for a long time but when I leave them plugged in I can recharge them and have back ups ready to go. Saved me lots of dough. Buy them. You won't regret it.

The 9v batteries aren't used as much as the standard (round) type of batteries, but when you need one, it's the only style that will work. Several of my electronic devices require the 9v rectangular battery, and I always find out that the batteries are dead when I need the equipment the most. Having bought and used EBL rechargeable batteries for years now, I have found them wonderfully consistent and always charged. I have two full sets for all of my flashlights, so this 9-volt set of four, plus the included charger, fairly well fills out all my requirements. Should I get additional equipment or devices that require dry-cell batteries, I'll select EBL batteries because I already know the quality of product I will receive. One thing to note is that rechargeable batteries, regardless of the manufacturer, can get fairly warm during the charging process. If they get too warm, unplug the charger and let the batteries cool, then continue with the charging cycle.

I have not had this long enough to rate longevity but this is working very well for my TENS 7000 unit that tends to eat batteries if non-rechargeable batteries are used. I was concerned that the lower voltage of these batteries may yield reduced performance but the TENS unit works just as well as with any good quality regular 9 volt battery. I'm fully satisfied with this product.

Great charger, batteries last a long time. I use these for my professional in ear monitor wireless unit. My unit is finicky about the batteries it uses. Used these for about 4 performances so far and no problems. Batteries last longer than alkaline. Highly recommend.

I bought these batteries for use in my ham radio desk microphone and found them to be awesome in that application. I have had one in my microphone for quite some time and it still registers as fully charged on startup. I also use them in my smoke detectors and weather station. So far, excellent.

This is a great 9 volt charger with the latest / greatest computer technology that modifies the charging rate as required for lithium batteries. Compact form-factor. Really nice.

I use these in guitar pedals for the portability aspect, as well as to avoid all 50/60Hz hum issues. 600mA is the tipping point where I think rechargeable 9V batteries became viable in pedals (I've also recently bought some 800mA ones of another brand that up the ante even more). It's maybe not as viable for a person with a massive pedal board w/a dozen or more pedals -- but I have a more minimal setup, with a multi-effect system handling most effects and generally only 3-4 physical pedals up front, which is perfect for a battery setup. I just use a DC/battery adapter externally for pedals that don't natively support batteries internally. Anyway, at 600mA, these batteries last fairly long for most pedals (most of which only use 5mA - 25mA), and these charge to a decent voltage. I check the batteries after they finish charging each time, and they generally all end-up between 8.32V - 8.35V, which is good for rechargeables (although my newer 800mA ones mentioned above charge to around 8.7V -- but those are newer-generation and a bit more expensive). The charger appears to charge everything quickly, although I've never actually charged the batteries from any point under half-used, since I'm in the habit of recharging them at least once-per-week, regardless of how much they've been used. So I'm essentially just topping them off each time. All-in-all, these are good batteries and a good value.

Pros for the C855 Charger: 1. 4-Slot charger - individual slot for charging even and uneven 9v batteries in the same time; 2. USB input - so convenient to charge the batteries by normal portable charger and adatper. Acutally the charger works so great when powered by my Anker power bank; 3. Smart LED - lights turn to green means fully charged, easy to know its charging progress. 4. Most important - Safe with ETL certified, more reliable Cons for the C855 charger: Can only support 9V li-ion batteries now, if could suppurt 9v nimh nicd will be much better! As for the 9v batteries, works great on the charger. In a word, the EBL C855 charger quite a good choice for your rechargeable 9V lithium-ion batteries!

I received my order two weeks ago and I've used these in gigs. I loved the idea of leaving behind the days of having to buy 9v battery monthly once I got these. And best of all being a 4 pack meant I could use more than one per gig. Recently I've been paranoid because the led lights on my charger are not turning on and as a gigging musician that depends on these, it's stressful to think if the batteries are charged or not. I'll keep trying these out as the week goes but I am strongly considering buying other 9v in a retailer just in case. UPDATE: the seller contacted me and sent me a new unit! Working to perfection!
