Very Light weight
This took only a few minutes to put together. Just a matter of snapping a few items into place. Best thing is how light it is. The steamer part is lightweight and easy to maneuver. So far easy to steam clothes. Not sure if I’d Just this if I was mostly going to iron a shirt but it’s very useful for blouses, dresses or sprucing up a piece of clothing

but its already the best one I've owned-- and I've owned a number in ...
I've only had this steamer a day, but its already the best one I've owned-- and I've owned a number in my day. I usually steam, and occasionally iron my shirts before work in the morning. One finds that most days, steaming is enough, but now and then for life's tougher wrinkles, an iron is required. So, things I liked about this. Assembly was relatively easy. The device is attractive, and the fit and finish are decent. I appreciate the hose material is very flexible as well, as other steamers I've owned-- the hoses have been a bit unruly. The most unique feature is the ironing board, and it was not immediately obvious to me that it can be used vertically or horizontally. If you do a lot of ironing you might wish for something larger, but I have a small home and this is just fabulous. Please feel free to ask questions, I will update this review when/if I have some more thoughts and experiences.

Perfect size, durable and easy to use.
I LOVE this steamfast!! It makes taking wrinkles out of my husband's work clothes and my dresses so easy. First of all - I have to mention it is backed by a 2-year warranty and a great customer service team. I've been using this a lot lately and I can't imagine needing the warranty- very durable. My favorite features though are the built in ironing board and garment hanger. My last steamer had neither of these. It also folds up and doesn't take up much space in my little laundry room. The water tank is 33ish ounces and heats up incredibly fast. I haven't used it for longer than 20 minutes, but it was continuous steam the entire time. The hose is around 53 inches and also has an iron. I'm still shocked at how well equipped this is and how well it works. I really am getting a lot of use out of this product and never thought I'd be so excited about an addition to the laundry room...

My own dry cleaners
This is an amazing product for you if you are contentious about how your appearance looks and you want the best. What a great idea to have your own personal steam system. Awesome product, easy to use.

Lightweight, very transportable, and produces lots of steam. I got the wrinkles out of a stack of jeans in minutes.
I'm such a klutz at steaming and/or ironing. The closest I usually get to it is when I drop off the clothes at the cleaners. So I procrastinated in trying this out. I just took a stack of jeans in there and in 10 minutes, they were beautifully done. I didn't steam my hand as I thought I might, but I was being careful. It was very easy to use. Just fill it with water, turn it on, wait 10 minutes and start steaming/ironing. It helped when I was on the side where you hang up the iron so you can stop and reposition the item you're steaming. Otherwise it's a bit awkward. I've had two steamers in the past and this probably produces more steam than either of the previous ones did. You also do more pressing with this than the ones I had previously that were just steamers. The pressing helps do a better job and it speeds it up as well since you aren't just waiting until the steam takes the wrinkles out by itself. It's not very sturdy, but then it doesn't really need to be, and the fact that it is lightweight makes it easy to move to its storage spot.

Nice set up for per-owned clothing consigners/resellers- steamer works well, and it's compact
This took about 15 minutes to set up. I didn't find it difficult. I did get a small rod backwards, at first. It kept the ironing board from folding up. If you can't get your ironing board up, check that long skinny steel rod. This is perfect for someone who resells clothing and needs to prep it to ship/photograph it. I have a small space to work in, and this is compact and multifunctional. You can hang tops on the hanger, or use the ironing board. The steamer itself holds much more water than the handheld that I've been using, and it delivers a very nice, effective steam. I really like the steamer, and the ability to use a steamer IRON for heavier fabrics makes it much nicer than many other steamers that I have seen on the market. The whole thing is lightweight and mobile. That very well may NOT please users that want this for regular personal use who hope to use it to replace a regular iron/ironing board. The ironing board is lightweight plastic and will not replace an ironing board. The 'iron' will not set a good seam and the ironing board is nothing like what a seamstress or tailor may need.
