LOOKS GOOD, WORKS GOOD

Thought it was a nice looking item, needed a new kettle, decided to switch to electric and liked the look of glass. Came on time, works great, very fast to heat the water. Makes noise like its boiling almost right away, but it isn't boiling that fast... the water actually does come to a rolling boil if you wait just a little longer. If there is a weak point, it may turn out to be the on/off switch which looks like it could snap off a bit too easily, it is very unprotected and sticks out in order to be easy to use. So far, its wonderful.

VERY HAPPY with this kettle and service!

This is a beautiful, well constructed, large capacity (1.7L) fast boiling kettle. Having owned many successive, merely passable electric kettles, the design and speed of this one pleased me. The customer service behind this product is the biggest sell however. Jim in Equinox customer service contacted me shortly after my purchase through Amazon to say hello and hope that I enjoy my purchase--as vendors often do. Shortly after I had started using it, the item presented with a frustrating though apparently inconstant issue with the lid. An anomaly I am sure, I contacted Jim to inform and he very kindly and promptly shipped me out a new kettle without question. I cannot say enough about this company and their customer service. If the opportunity presents itself I will buy from them again. I am not someone who usually takes the time to write a review, but in this case I feel compelled to do so. I am a very satisfied customer, and I wish more companies would provide similar courtesy and backing of their product.

Looks Great! Heats Fast

Seems to be good quality. Heats up fast. Auto shut off works reliably. Looks nicer than others I’ve had. Got it a couple months ago. My son and I use it multiple times per day. I’ll update when I’ve had longer. Don’t know why, but the metal bottom isn’t collecting mineral scale like the last brand I had, so that’s a plus! I was hoping the lid would open wider. It’s still easy enough to clean, but I have to use another container to get water from my fridge. I’ll probably put a filter on my sink which will eliminate the extra step. Come to think of it, the water going into the pot won’t start out as cold.

Great tea kettle

I have been using this kettle for over a week now and I am thoroughly pleased with it. It has a large capacity (1.7 L) and heats up quickly. Unlike another reviewer I have no problem with the way the water pours from the spout. Mine does not drip or dribble at all, just a smooth stream into my tea cup. Being a crazy American I used to heat my water in the microwave. Never again! This makes the tea so much better!! And the beautiful led light that tells you it is on is an added aesthetic bonus.

BOILING full 1.7l pot in 3 mins 30 secs

I chose this unit because it's NOT temperature regulated below boiling. Tea water NEEDS to be boiling hot, so don't try and sell me on that 212 degree crap just because the unit is under powered. Zeppoli delivered, out-of-the-box, plug it in, fill it with room temperature filtered water and BAM! Three and a half minutes later, I have a rolling boil. It looks elegant however, they did sacrifice a better, more perfect pour for form factor. You have to pour the water more slowly. I guess, I suppose, that's a smart thing. Think about what would happen if you splashed boiling hot water on your skin or whatever. So, I'm not talking "VERY SLOWLY", just, slightly slower than "c'mon! C'mon already!", which is my speed. How does it taste? Hang on. Lemme sip. Still hot. Hang on. Okay. Yummy. It tastes unaffected by the unit. I can taste the same Crystal filtered water I put in the pot, and the Irish Breakfast Tea (super strong, highly recommended). Drinking Tea with Erythritol has been a major part of my 40# weight loss on the Keto Diet. This device will help me lose the next 40, without needed the shared work microwave. Oh, yeah, and, it's pretty. I don't get the whole "LED" thing but, whatever. It's a nice blue color. Using tap water is just...basic. Don't be basic.

Great product!!!

I am very satisfied with this product. It's nicely designed, the lid opens well. When working the kettle has a blue light on illuminating water in it. This is helpful as in the past I owned a different kettle and sometimes would turn the kettle on by accident and not notice it. I love the automatic shut off! Water boils fast in it.

Works flawlessly every time and fast boil

I use this kettle daily and it performs flawlessly every morning. After reading some negative reviews about rust, I always leave the lid open so it can dry out after I empty it and I haven’t had a single issue. I was surprised at how quickly the water boils. It’s much faster than boiling water in the microwave or on my electric stove. And it’s a set-and-forget to boil the water. The only complaint I have is with the little screen filter in the pour spout. It must work extremely well because it also restricts the water flow. But it’s removable so I just took it out. I’m not sure why someone would need a screen filter for boiling water?

GAME CHANGER

I bought one of these for myself a while back so that I would stop forgetting about the kettle on the burner (a previously terrible habit - eeek). Totally does the trick. Fast hot water, turns itself off, no more scorched kettles! Also, I love the class carafe - with the stainless ones you can't see the water or if it should be refilled, cleaned, etc. Friends always commented on how much they liked mine (especially for making hot toddies LOL), so I bought a couple of these for holiday gift's- everyone is so happy, and the blue lighting feature is just plain old COOL. Love this product - get one for yourself - or get for friends, you will be very popular :0D.

Awesome kettle...

Awesome kettle...holds a little more than my 'Ovente' that never makes it past a year old then dies. I use my kettle multiple times a day everyday. Thought I'd try something different. The Zeppoli seems like good quality. You can tuck any extra cord under the base, which I didn't have before. We'll see how long this one lasts. :-)
