Stands up well to abuse....but if it's on its side, liquid in compartments leak into others

I couldn't review these immediately. Why? Because I had full intent of abusing the heck out of these so that I could really see the quality. (for science, of course, not just because I'm lazy) It said dishwasher safe. "Okay, that's pretty cool" I thought. Instead of putting them on the top rack like a normal person, I decided that bottom rack was more than fine. Heated dry. None of that eco-friendly air drying garbage. Maximum temperature for maximum cleaning power amiright? And did I do just one container to test to make sure they wouldn't melt? Nope! I did 8 of them at once so that if they didn't work, I could ruin half the order. I'm a pretty logical person. Long story short, they didn't melt or warp! However, if you want to bring something to work like applesauce, you need to make sure that you get a lunchbox that can hold these flat and not turned over. This is because even though the lids prevent leakage outside the container, it won't prevent one compartment from leaking into the other. Again, this can be easily solved by getting a lunchbox that's shaped so that the container can be laid flat. Overall, I love these. They're great for people like me in college who want desperately to eat healthy, but will happily eat a ketchup and ramen sandwich if I don't adequately plan ahead. You should get some!

These are wonderful!

These little containers are perfect! They are not onlybdishwasher and microwave safe, but they are also freezer safe. They are the perfect size for leftovers to be put into and taken/reheated for lunch the next day! I know meal prepping is a huge thing right now as well, and if you're a prepped, these would be absolutely perfect for that! They seem to hold up really well. I have two teens that are using them to take their lunches in and so far even though they've been knocked around in backpacks and lunch boxes, there have been no leaks or cracks!

Great for lunch!

I bought these for my family to pack lunch in. They were a big larger than I expected but still wonderful to use. They don't fit in any of our lunch boxes, but that's not a big deal. We just make sure to put it in the refrigerator as soon as possible at work. They're very sturdy and easy to clean. They pop right into the dishwasher for easy clean up. The compartments keep every thing separate (which is important for one of my kids). The compartments are deep enough to hold liquids needed for some of our dishes. Overall I'm very pleased with these.

Great Food Containers

These are great food containers...microwavable, easily cleaned, and they stack nicely. I take them to work, and really like the 3 separate compartments...the lid keeps the foods from mixing while carrying. I used to have to bring 3 separate containers, which took up a lot of space in my lunch bag. Now, I can easily put 3 foods into this one container, and have more room to add other things in my lunch bag. I am also happy that they are BPA free!

Very good for the price

You can't beat these on price. Perfect for prepping and packing non-liquid meals and snacks for work, school, or travel.

HANDY FOOD STORAGE

I am only cooking for my husband and myself, but, I like to cook in large batches. The family size meats and so forth are always a better value and by cooking extra, I have leftovers in the fridge or freezer that can be heated up for busy or late days. This is the second time I have ordered these containers. I still have most of them in play from the last order which, I believe, was over a year ago. They are a perfect size for leftovers in the fridge and take up less room than most of my plastic containers. Ditto for the freezer. They have held up well and the lids usually stay on (in fact, they are sometimes a little difficult to pry off!) I do use packing tape across the top and down the sides when I put them in the freezer. This gives me a place to write down the contents and ensures that they won't pop open for some reason (not that they ever have). I have also noticed much less freezer burn than when I put leftovers in freezer bags. These hold an astounding amount of food. They hold up well on the top shelf of the dishwasher and in the microwave They stack neatly for storage. I am very happy with these containers!

Great for leftovers!

Good quality product, but a little on the small side. I bought it to pack leftover food for a family get together that I had and there are always leftovers. I liked that it is freezer, microwave and dishwasher safe. I would definitely buy again. Update: After using the containers for a few more days...I have upgraded to 5 stars. Why? Originally I thought it was a bit small, but it is actually perfect size portions to use for my kids school lunches. =-)

Very sturdy. Exceeded my expectations. Second order placed.

Update: Its been nearly nine months and our first order of these is still going strong without any breakage with daily use! Just ordered a second set to have for back up. The other brand I ordered fell apart and were thrown away very quickly. I ordered two brands of these from different companies. These are hands down by far the superior of the two. Very sturdy, lids fit nicely. My husband and the college kids have readily available home cooked healthy meals to take to work and school during the week. We very much prefer glass containers, but when meal prepping for the week for 4 people we just don't have space for that many glass containers in the fridge. These fill in the gap nicely, stack easily, and have held up through the dishwasher and microwave very well. We do not put the lids in microwave. Common sense says they will last longer if you don't. I won't hesitate to buy these again when we need more
