• 〖Multifunctional Control Panel〗- On the control panel are there ten programs, 8 water level selections and LED display. All functions and operation including water level/spin, program/delay, time set and child lock are listed clearly. Detergent and procedure choice are also included to meet your various needs.
  • 〖Compact Design & Large Load Capacity〗- Giantex washing machine is compact and lightweight for you to easily move it in your home. But the honeycomb shaped inner tub can load 10 lbs at one time and wash many clothes for you. In manual, we also listed reference weight of various clothes.
  • 〖Time and Water Level Control〗- Under delay function, previous to washing, the digital timer shows your preset time but when it is washing, the digital timer shows the rest washing time. Pressing water level/spin button, you can select appropriate level. If you need to add water during washing, you can press water level/spin button and un-press will stop adding.
  • 〖Easy and Safe to Operate & Monitor〗- With detailed and specific manual, it is easy and convenient for you to operate it and inlet and drain water. Clear and transparent lid allows you to see and monitor the water and washing condition. Once child lock function is set, all buttons are locked and the machine stops run and error alarms if the top lid is opened.
  • 〖Automatic Imbalance Adjustment and Adjustable Foot〗- While spinning, if the laundries inside the tub are not put equally, it would cause violent vibration. At this time, our washing machine’s imbalance adjustment function will start automatically to adjust the imbalance situation if vibration is beyond certain level. Bottom feet can be adjusted to meet your needs.

Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much but thought I’d order this model after reading multiple online reviews of at least 7 different manufacturers of portable washers. Well, what a surprise! First, I was upset about the delivery because I had emailed Amazon and Giantex to request this be delivered to the garage area; instead, it was delivered to my front door and I had to move it around the house and down the stairs by myself. It weighs 53 pounds so it wasn’t too bad, but it would have been better if they had paid attention to the delivery notes. That said, the machine is “plug and play”, but I bought a stainless water hose hookup to replace the included plastic one, because I set this up in the laundry room and their hose connector is too shallow for a regular washer water faucet. My laundry room is small, so this unit is a great size. I also bought a wheeled platform for the washer to sit on to make sure that it would drain properly. I’ve used it twice so far, and it works great. The instructions are not clear, so you’ll need to experiment with the water levels. I used level 4 which fills the tub about 3/4 full so no spillage happens. That level efficiently washed 5 bath towels and 3 kitchen towels and I used liquid detergent, not powder. This little machine spins so well that the towels are halfway dry by the time it’s done! I use an outdoor drying rack to save in energy costs. It’s also pretty quiet and nice looking. So far I am extremely impressed and happy!

My review of the Giantex EP23113 Washing Machine. This is a wonderful little washer with great customer support. Giantex was so nice and accommodating that I just had to write a full review. I had a problem with the drain pump working off and on after two weeks of light use. Giantex responded to my complaint quickly and professionally, and had me a replacement sent out the next day. The washers were packed really well, the second unit was shipped upside down (hard to find good help these days), but no damage to the washer whatsoever. Pros (There are so many, but I am only listing a few that wasn't mentioned by the manufacturer): • Discrete packaging (does not mention that it is a washing machine). • Drain hose location designed to be reversible (optional). • Has individual wash, rinse, spin settings (I like to run the wash cycle once and let the clothes soak awhile in the soapy water then use the normal setting that will wash, rinse, and spin). Cons (not really any, but just a few nitpicks): • Noise level is about the same as a full size washer. It has the classic washing machine sounds (agitator humming back and forth, water sloshing, drain pump whirling, water gurgling, slightly out of balance spinning, etc.). If you need one that is more discrete, then pick the kind that washes on one side and spin dries on the other. They are not as easy to use as this washer, but your neighbors would not know that you are washing clothes in your apartment. • Always set the program first then the water level. If water level is set first and the program is changed, the water level defaults back to 5. If just using the default program (standard wash), just set the water level and push start. • No splash guard around top of basket, I have not had a problem with water splashing over and down inside machine yet, but when the water level is set to 8 and it is agitating aggressively, I get a little nervous. • Air dry is kinda misleading (it should be called Line Dry). This setting only spins clothes a little drier than standard spin (useful for air drying on clothes line). • Only has 1 water line in. So, for hot water to wash whites, I use a 5 gallon bucket to get hot water from my bathtub, usually takes 2 or three to fill it up. I suppose it could be plumed from a faucet and set it to hot when filling wash, and set it to cold to rinse, but just having a cold line in and hot water with a bucket work for me. • Has a light new plasticy, warm electronic smell that last about a week or two. I kinda like it though. Unpacking, Installation, and Useful notes: • Just cut the banding straps and the box slides off over the top of washer. Use the enclosed corner polystyrene pieces to lay the washer down to install the bottom black plate. • The black pyramid looking plastic packing piece is to be discarded. • Bottom black plate is in top of box. Either open box from the top, or remove polystyrene packaging to get to it (Don't accidentally throw it away with the box). Black plate will only fit one way on bottom of washer (see my picture) (Philips screws are included in the user manual bag). • I needed the drain line on the right side of machine. It only took about 5 minutes, a Philips screwdriver, and two wire ties. • I used a dishwasher branch tailpiece, a 1 1/2” to 1 ¼ rubber washer, about 1 inch piece of 5/8” ID 7/8” OD vinyl tubing, and a hose clamp to install a semi-permant drain in my bathroom sink (see my picture). • When I first started cleaning the blue lint trap, I was only cleaning the outside, thinking that was it, but I decided to open it out of curiosity, and it was packed full of lint.

We love it!!! It's the perfect size for our apt with just the two of us... We had a smaller 1 cubic load capacity, but sold it and got this one for the 1.6 larger capacity ""PERFECT""... It runs very smooth & quietly and after many loads has not once gone off balance... The only thing is, I wish it came with a regular standard fill hose, but with the right fittings from Lowe's we got it hooked up and with a quick release hose fitting for fast, easy hookup to the kitchen sink... A Big 5 STARS *****

Good so far, I'll update after more use. FYI the water inlet is threaded for 3/4 iron pipe (also the provided hose) and will not work with standard washer hoses (they are threaded as 3/4in garden hose). I bought an adapter for the inlet 3/4in FIP TO 3/4 MH ( that is 3/4in Female Iron Pipe to 3/4in Male Garden Hose) so I could use standard washer hoses to hook up with. I also bought a Y hose connector and one washer hose. I used Teflon plumber's tape on the inlet threads. No leaks :). 5/2018 I've had this washer for approx. 4 months now and it has been without any problems at all. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Fantastic washer, washes really well, functions just like a standard modern HE washer. You can select the water level based on the load size but even if you don't select the right water level, this machine will auto sense and correct the water level for you. The spin is fantastic, clothes come out practically dry. Although it may not look like it, this washer also holds a substantial amount of clothing. I can get a standard regular sized load done with no problems on this washer. Very impressed with the agitation and wash performance overall. Agitation is automatically preset as a profile based on the cycle selection for example you'll note "Blanket" is basically "Bulky" like a setting on any other washer nowadays. Agitation pattern is different, than that of a "Normal" or "Standard" cycle selection. Water selections can be customized from the preset cycle selections and modified to your own preference as well. There are plenty of cycle selections to choose from. Highly recommend this washer, even as a starter washer for a small apartment or studio. Final thing worth noting that is very important is that you will be required to get an adapter for your sink if you plan on hooking this up to your bathroom or kitchen faucet. Other than that, no problems at all, very straight forward, and easy to use. Good job Giantex.

Loving this little machine, it's the perfect addition to our RV!! Have ran several loads and zero issues thus far. Everything has come out clean and smelling fresh. Hose is short but is perfect for my needs, and it doesn't leak at all. Be sure to order a kitchen sink adapter. Also read the manual, it's hilarious!!

Nice washer. hose has to be modified. Only 1 leveling leg. Directions are a Chinese translation...(hook up the remarkable hose)... there is 10 different wash cycles but there is limited explanation of what they do. Standard must mean wash and rinse twice -- blanket haven't figured out what it does --

This was the best purchase for 2018. I have had the washer for a few months and I have no complaints.. It work wonderfully and the capacity is just large enough for me. I live alone. Yesterday I washed a comforter in it and it came out perfect. It was a cheap Walmart comforter as I don't think the washer would be able to handle a thicke expensive comforter but for my everyday Walmart comforter A+. Just a side note I have to use mine in the bathroom so I did purchase the Smarter Fresh seven piece faucet adaptors $14.89(from Amazon) and they worked out perfetcly. My one con would be it does not have wheels which I found odd as it is portable however, I purchased the Stalwart mobile Dolly Roller $19.98(also from Amozon) and that solved my problem for transporting it to the bathroom.
