I have had it for over a month now.

And it is still as shiny, and dependable as the day I pulled it from the box. If I have one caveat, and no it is not that it has no thermometer, because when the steam rises from the spout or it's ventilation holes I know it's ready to pour. If I had one caveat, it is that it has no whistle to tell you it is there on the stove. I have done that mad panic filled dash down the stairs several times now since I have it, having forgotten that I had placed it there on the fire. But you know what? I knew perfectly well when I purchased it that it came without a Whistle, and I still bought it. Other than that, I think it is perfect, and I love it. And it makes a great pour over cup of Joe, every time.

It works well, and even though the lid nob gets a bit hot to the touch.

Kettle does not whistle and lid “nob” gets hot. Note: I am updating my review to 5 stars because of the excellent customer service provided by the seller. They quickly replied to my review and addressed my concern.

Just what I needed

I have arthritis and it has been getting increasingly difficult to manage the pouring angle of my regular kettle. Searching online I came across your pot and it had the features I needed, for a great price, and I could not be happier with my purchase. It feels so much more secure and safer to pour with this kettle, and the fact that the lid stays put when you pour is monumental. That was the chief complaint in all the reviews I read through before making my decision. I LOVE my little kettle!! I would recommend this product and would reorder it.

Good kettle

Exactly what I was looking for. I had been using an electric kettle with my French press, but didn't like plastic being anywhere near my coffee. This is perfect. The handle is covered so I don't have to worry about burns. No whistle, but I don't leave it alone long enough for that to be an issue.

I love this little kettle !!

It’s the perfect size, it heats up fast , love the spout for pouring , I use it to make just one or two or 3 cups of pour over coffee or just for a quick cup of tea . I have a Wolfgang whistling tea kettle it’s a wonderful tea kettle , it just takes longer to heat up , my new little kettle , is the perfect size for just those quick cups of whatever you need the hot water for .

Works very well

Works great at pouring water when making a single cup of coffee. It pours evenly which I had trouble with my previous coffee pot. Not heavy at all and heats up water very quickly. Handle is ergonomically, perfectly balanced. Hopefully it lasts a while. If it does not, I will update my review.

Money well spent.

I've been making pour over coffee for years in a Melitta one-cup cone. Before, I was boiling my water in a large Pyrex measuring cup in the microwave, and pouring from that over the coffee. This kettle gives me much more control of the pour and it does seem to make a noticeably better tasting cup of coffee. The kettle seems to be very good quality and I expect it to last many years. I'm glad I bought it. Not pricey either.

Easy to use & clean kettle for coffee or tea

Perfect little kettle! This is just what I was looking for. I was on the hunt for a tea kettle, but this got me interested in pour over coffee, which I’m now preparing & loving! So I use the kettle morning & night. Easy to use, my hand fits in easily to clean the inside, no complaints!

This kettle is so cute & works great

Smaller size is better for 2-3 cups coffee/tea. Spout pours without sputtering and sending scalding water all over. Handle stays cool and enhances pouring. Easy to tell when water is boiling b/c the lid rattles. The steam doesn’t seem to be able to escape much so you won’t see a lot of it. The lid is tight, no slipping during pour. The temp holes fit my WS thermometer but do not fit my other one. They are very small holes so be aware of that. Heats quickly from cold to boiling in about 5-6 minutes. Elegant design looks great in my kitchen. Handle is sturdy and is riveted on. Kettle does not seem cheap or flimsy in any way. I highly recommend for ppl who don’t need a large size kettle.

I really like this little kettle

I really like this little kettle. It's the perfect size to quickly boil water for a few cups of tea. The handle has a nice grip. The lid stays on when pouring and it looks nice sitting on my stove. And since I read reviews before purchasing, I too am now using the water not used for my plants once it's cooled. My ferns are also happy with this purchase.
