I was worried the stand would stick out like a sore thumb but was glad to find I had no issues putting it in any room of the house. Functionally it works great, watched a couple Bob Ross videos and had a blast. Would recommend

Bought for a gift and am hoping she loves it!!!

Good wood and easy to assemble

The easel was easy to setup. I plan on using it for keeping one of my painting on display. I wish little bit sturdier.

If you have never put together one of these the directions can be confusing. Once its together it was perfect.

I thought I would show a picture of how compact the package came. It sets up great for a painting or displaying a picture.

I bought this tripod stand to use for displaying a photo frame. It came with all the wood pieces and screws. It was very easy to put together and once you tighten all the screws, it is very sturdy. I put a 24x30 photo on it and it was not tilting or wobbly at all. I will continue to use it to display signs or posters in the future.

My friends and I have a drink paint night once a month. It didn't start out as a tradition but, now that we're doing it more frequently, I wanted an easel. I was looking for something inexpensive that still looked relatively sturdy. This seemed like it would fit the bill based on its A-frame design and the chain piece. I thought this was going to be alright but nothing special. It's actually surprisingly nice. The wood is smooth and stained a pretty cherry color. It was pretty easy to follow the instructions to assemble it. The part of the instructions that wasn't very clear was about attaching the chain. My husband was able to use his building commonsense (he works in construction) to figure it out quickly. The end with the little screw has to be forced into the back leg. My husband was able to to do this with his drill by taking out the drill bit and wedging the round part into the grooves where the drill bit usually goes. You might be able to use a thumbtack to make the hole then push in the little screw. 🤷♀️ The other end of the chain clips onto the circle at the front of the easel. I placed a couple of our (very mediocre) paintings on the ledge to show what it looks like with paintings resting on the ledge. Essentially, if you are looking for a top of the line easel, this might not be the product for you. If you are looking for something inexpensive that is really great for casual painting, this is perfect.

Wished It Was A Little Sturdier
