Cord appears well made with adequete insulation, but still easy to roll up when stored. Wanted the black color for blending in.

Good solid extension cord for outdoor use

I needed the cording on this to run a security light to an exterior outlet so I bough it specifically to cut and splice into a motion/security light. The insulation is heavy, the wires are solid and so far it has held up well despite the elements (rain and snow). I imagine it would work well with any outdoor extension application but the plug is heavy, the weight of it all is good and it's very easy to cut into and splice if you need it for something like that as well. Each wire (the positive, the neutral and the ground wire) are all well insulated with the exterior rubber as well as interior insulation after you've cut through that. Not all brands have the interior insulation wrap that these do.

BEYOND EXCELLENT SO FAR

These are so awesome. I am currently using 2 of these 3 outlet outdoor 25 feet extension cords for my outdoor Christmas rope lights, candy cane lights, bush lights, and outside handrails lights. These work wonderfully. I have both of these hooked up to a dawn-dusk outdoor timer. So far so good. The cords are sturdy and it feels like excellent quality. I was shocked that it had 3 outlets. I must have overlooked that when ordering. I am pleased and will purchase more for future outdoor holiday decorations.

This is the perfect size needed for an outdoor extension cord and it is very sturdy! Hope to be using it for many years.

UL rated for outdoor use

This 15 foot black extension cord seems well made and will work well for the temporary outdoor application I have. The UL label indicates that the cord is intended for outdoor use. This is a 16 gauge cord with ground and is rated for 1625 watts (13 amps). I bought this because I wanted a black extension cord of this length.

Perfect for the Holidays!

I purchased this extension cord for the purpose of hanging Christmas lights outdoor, and so far it has been perfect! I had to string several light strands in succession, but thanks to the multiple plugs I was able to reduce the number of daisy-chained lights I had to assemble. Recently experienced a lot of rain which caused flooding, but there were absolutely no issues with the extension cord throughout the storm. Would highly recommend this extension cord for anyone who needs to plug in multiple items outdoors.

This extension cable is so extensiony. Just unwrapping it made me want to stretch. It's truly a miracle, I can now transport electricity through time and space, if by time you mean the present, and by space you mean precisely the length I dictated on the packaging.

Excellent GE 25 foot extension cord

Very well made GE outdoor 25 foot extension cord. I like the 3 way plug in end. I can plug in multiple tools when I'm working without having to unit and ug in each time I swap tools. The rubber exterior is thick and sturdy.
