Very durable and will keep kids amused for a long time

Although these are sized for kids, these Walkie Talkies have a lot of features adults will appreciate. They are quite complicated, having a lot of channels and sub-channels to avoid cross talk. So, having said that, adults should set the channel and lock the screen to avoid kids accidentally changing settings. 1. I found them to be very durable. They have belt clips to keep them securely attached to clothing during play. 2. It was also easy to charge with the included double cord that charges them both at the same time. Definitely something young kids can do themselves. 3. The sound quality could be better, I heard a some squawking at long distances, but, still won’t affect the fun kids will have using them. 4. I tested distance by walking up my 300 ft driveway. Easy to hear them at that distance, although I am not sure if you would have good clarity at longer distances. 5. These will definitely keep the kids amused for a long time. I had fun testing these before I give them to my little granddaughters.

Great customer service

Update.... customer service contacted me informing me that they would send me two new pairs covered by a defect warrenty. I didnt expect to be contacted at all so i was surprised to see the email. I cant wait for our girls to get the new sets and be able to play with them. Thanks Amazon. Bought these for Christmas i bought 2 sets and when i tried them they worked but when the kids opened them on Christmas day they wouldn't turn on. I've charged them and they turn on but then after about 1 minute or so they turn off. i cant return them due to being (past the deadline date) i'm an early Christmas shopper so now were just stuck with walkie talkies that don't work.

These are so much fun! We went on a road trip and about 2hrs were entertained with our separate cars having the kids be able to talk back and forth with eachother. We tested to the end of our neighborhood about 1/4 Mile and it worked very well.

Fun with the Kids

We've been testing these out and having fun before going camping, with our toddler. They have a good range to them, and are super easy to use. Our kid gets a kick out of these, and they are clear so it's been super fun to use them. I would recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely love them!

My kids absolutely love them! Keept them busy for hours playing outside.... Great range....quality plastic! They look sturdy. Best of all they came with everything needed... batteries and charger! Ready to go in seconds. Setup was a breeze, they are kid friendly but have all functionality that other expensive sets have. Best of all they have privacy channel codes! Will prevent others talking on your channel! Just remember that with any walkie talkie, there is no real privacy. Bonus! It has a built in flashlight! Will be buying another set for sure! I highly recommend these for kids!!!

Joy at Christmas

What I liked was that with all the other things my Nieces received for Christmas that they were playing with these Walkie Talkies. Using some imagination not just staring at a screen. They said they could hear each other well and at least 300 yards apart in a wooded neighborhood. 1st grader and a 4th grader. They didn't fight over on or the other because they were the same pink color that they said they liked . So for the money for at least now good deal

This is intended for a bbq party we organized in the beach park, and all the kids there love it and it’s such a hot stuff. My 1 year old son started to babble out a few word when playing with it, which adds another satisfaction. I specifically selected the removable battery, and intended to apply the battery elsewhere. This doesn’t work as planed, and I have to buy extra batteries. Remember to keep the batteries in, and not moving around.

I bought a pink and blue set as Xmas gifts for my kids (ages 9 and 5) and they are great! We are pleasantly surprised with how far they reach! My older daughter has been taking one with her when she walks the dog or plays with neighbors and they have worked everywhere she has tried them from. I really didn’t expect a pair of $30 walkie talkies to work so well! I also love that they are rechargeable!
