This is my third kit and my plan is to buzz through every kit they make. These are so very intricate and you need a lot of patience. I have a few suggestions: 1. Get a stand alone magnifying glass. You will be able to see much better since these kits are half the size of normal kits (which are 1:12) 2. Get a really sharp exacto knife. You need this to cut out the paper items, which are very small. 3. They can't ship glue overseas, and I've read a few reviews complaining about that. Suck it up. Go buy your own. Get Elmer's for regular gluing and Alene's tacky glue for when you glue fabric. Use small brushes to brush the glue on. I don't recommend wood glue, as it dries very intact and if you need to gently take the item apart and reset, you run the risk of breaking the item pieces apart and ruining the pieces. 4. This is the one thing I wish I would have figured out earlier: some of the items are also printed on paper. This means if you have, say, fabric that is labeled C23, there is also a section of paper labeled C23 and you need to find the tracer on that paper and use that tracer for the fabric (or picture frame, etc) in the next step. Download the Google translate app on your phone and you can easily decipher what each tracer says on the paper. I love these kits and the amount of enjoyment I get from them far outweighs the amount of time it takes to make the kits. In fact, that's what makes it so much fun. I have also found missing parts and the company has always been responsive in getting back to me to send the parts. So don't worry about that. All in all, these are so worth the money and if you enjoy miniatures and a challenge, these are for you.

Awesome, clever, creative project for very motivated people. The instructions are included but you need patience and must follow the sample pictures and you will be amazed at how things work out. you can obtain the same exact results as in the picture, if you are the perfectionist kind. You can achive good results if you skip certain steps, but you don't have to. Very good buy for the low cost. Quality is great. You can even modify the look of the house by using your own wallpapers/adding mirrors, etc - I am building A PARTY HOUSE, so I am substituting some decor and it is turning out much better than I had hoped for. HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT. Great seller. Ships fast. Not ideal for people who get frustrated quickly.

Everything about this kit is fantastic! The box it comes in is sturdier than you'd expect, printed with cute graphics, but also not giving away the surprise of the exact contents (great if you're giving it as a gift). The components are good quality, pre-painted and labelled. The instruction book - full color, large enough to read easily - also comes with a complete parts list with pictures of every piece included. It's all packed well, with small pieces in bags and small wooden parts in a box to protect them. It comes with a lighting kit and wiring diagram, easy enough that anyone could manage it. There's a music box (I don't recognise the song, but my mother and I agreed it was cute, or creepy-cute, if you're assembling this while in an abandoned house in the woods), and the kit comes with pre-cut plexiglass to make a dust cover at the end. Some components like the toilet and refrigerator are pre-made, but everything else you'll be assembling, from upholstering the furniture to building the shower stall and papering the walls. If you've ever made paper models, I would say this is a step up from that. There's all the paper crafting elements here (and plenty of paper components to play with), but then there's also assembling pre-cut and pre-painted wooden elements, upholstering the furniture (though no sewing is required, just scissors and glue), arranging plastic flowers, bending some wire, and doing some basic electrical wiring. I found it good to have some sharp scissors, an x-acto knife, a ruler, some wood or white glue, and some super glue on hand. At the very end you'll want to have two AAA batteries so you can try out the lights. (Worth noting - the lights and music box are all operated from the back of the kit, so you wouldn't have to remove the dust cover to turn them on and off.) There are a lot of very small pieces, so probably best to keep it away from very small children or pets. The directions say at the end to stick everything down and cover it up to protect it, but I'm a monster and I absolutely didn't. I like to rearrange my stuff too much. I have yet to find easily accessed figurines in 1/24 scale, but I think it's cute even without residents. It's easy to achieve a really good result with this kit - I mean, if I can do it, I'm pretty sure anyone else that's reasonably dexterous can. I assembled half of it while sitting in bed getting over a cold! It's fun and satisfying and I can't wait to try another one.

This is my third purchase from this company. These are QUALITY kits with excellent instructions, nicely detailed miniatures (see photos) and everything you need to complete the project. If you enjoy crafting you should definitely try one of these kits. They even have battery powered lights that make them so realistic. They make excellent gifts when completed!

This was the first DIY dollhouse kit I’ve ever bought. As someone who isn’t super deft with their hands, this was a perfect mix of challenging yet extremely rewarding. It took me about 20 hours to complete....in two days. Yes, that’s crazy. But once you finish an area, you almost feel compelled to keep going. It also came out looking almost exactly like the box which is absolutely insane. When I first opened the kit I was definitely intimidated by all the seemingly random scraps of wood and materials, but as long as you follow the (well written English) instructions carefully you should end up with a similar result to what's displayed in these pictures. Would highly recommend trying this out.

This kit was so much fun! First kit comes in a super cute sturdy box. The directions and all of the pieces you need to make this room come in the box. All I needed from home was glue and scissors. The directions were very clear and easy to understand. I got started right away. There are step by step instructions to make all the furniture, lights, curtains, accessories, toilet, etc to make the room. After you make all the furniture, then you get to actually create the rooms. There is even a stair case with a railing. It is like being an architect!! The best part may actually be that it has working lights. So this set has 7 working lights. I wired them and hooked them all up myself. They all work with no problem. There is even a light in the kitchen. I can't wait to build another room!

I love putting these small dollhouse kits together. I have quite a few of them already. The instructions have colored pictures I find them easy to read. I have had excellent customer service with Amazon and this seller Cutebee. I definitely recommend this product for either yourself or as a project for you and your daughter to do together or as a gift. I love how everything is included, wood, cloth, beads, music box and the dust cover. There are even actual lights with small wiring and a battery box. Truly a high quality product.

I'm having a lot of fun doing miniatures. Especially some of the changes are very exciting about the use of my own ideas. This kit allows me to change so many options ... colors, materials ... from the original version. Even small parts are combined perfectly as an instruction book. This kit provides everything to make the amazing house, just need patience and carefully read the instruction booklet. This kit also includes the additional material (fabrics, laces, iron strings, papers ...) that by unexpected error.

I am impressed with the quality of these Cutebee DIY kits. The printed papers, the wood pieces, the fabrics, and the detail extras are all, in my opinion, better than in some of the other kits for sale. Blue Times is more than a room kit, but a house with a living area, kitchen, bedroom, and even a bath. The rooms are also lighted. It comes with everything you need to complete the project, except scissors, the battery and glue. Tweezers can be helpful for placing small items. I use regular craft glue and silicone glue for my projects. The instructions are in English and are quite detailed. Each item in the kit is described and pictured at the beginning of the instruction book, and it shows which bag each item is in. For each furniture or décor project, there is a photograph of each item needed for that project and photographs at each step to put it together. Even the lighting is easy enough for a beginner, and it explains how to connect the wires to the battery box. These kits take a little time and patience, but I find them so rewarding and fun. I love the front page of the instruction book that says “Blue Times, I am wearing a dress made of rainbow, dipping myself into the blue brook of time.”

This kit is awesome!! Of course I made some changes and added my own touches, but you have everything you need to build this little gem...except some good glue, tweezers, round-needle nose pliers, sharp blade, and patience. I used several types of glue here. Tiger Bond worked great for the cloth parts..ie couch, bed, pillows. E6000 worked in some places, but for the most part I used a good thick super glue and some insta-set. As you can see...I left the fridge out because I totally forgot about it. Ah well...it still looked good. Guys, some of this can be very difficult because of how small the pieces are, but just be patient and you'll get it!! I worked on this kit four nights total in a weeks span, with the last night being an all nighter. About 24 hours altogether. I had a lot of fun and it was very therapeutic. I already bought 4 more kits!!
