Bought this for my 4 month old, and it's been perfect. It's a little big on him now, as expected, but the adjustable draw string makes it works. We bought this mainly for use in our pool, it's light weight, even when wet, and it dries quickly. Also, because of the adjustable draw string, we will be able to use this over the next few summers.

Great hat

My 7 year old loves this hat, especially the vents on the side. She says it keeps her head cooler and is very comfortable. It has everything this mom of three looks for in a kids' sunhat - SPF protection, a chin strap (toggle would be preferred, but the velcro on the strap is of good quality), breathability, and a back toggle to snug the hat on the child's head.

Soft fabric but brim doesn't flop over the eyes!

Lightweight, breathable, and doesn't flop into my son's eyes like a lot of sun hats for toddlers do. The material is very soft to the touch, lightweight, and breathable. The strap isn't too tight or too loose thanks to the adjustable Velcro. So far it has kept my son's face, head, neck, and chest from being even the slightest bit sunbruned even after a full day of accompanying me while I did yardwork.

Great Hat!

Worked great for our 2 year old at the beach. It was a challenge keeping him from pulling it off his head but he eventually got used to it. The fabric is light weight and soft to the touch. Side vents keep it cool. It drys fast when thrown in the ocean! Great buy!

Don't hesitate, just buy it already

I just LOVE this little hat for my grandson he is 12 months old. It fits his head perfectly. It has an adjustable cord around the circumference of the head that allows us to snug it up to get the perfect fit. I can see us being able to use this for quite a while. It is super lightweight and keeps the sun off his tender little head, out of his eyes and covers his ears too. It's going to be perfect for the pool this summer.

Would Buy Again!

I bought two of these hats for my grandies, who are two and three years old. The fit of each one is a tiny bit loose (which I don't mind, because they'll grow into them), but they can be tightened up a bit using an elastic cord at the back of the brim. The hat includes a chin strap, and the ends can be twisted a time or two under the child's chin before connecting the Velcro ends to keep it firmly in place. The girls love their hats and think they make them look like cowboys. I love that they protect their faces, and they're so comfortable that they happily keep them on.

Perfect Hats!

Bought these for my sons as we are outside almost every single day doing farmers market stands and I don't want them baking in the son 8 hours a day! These have been perfect so far (we used them all summer long and I plan on using them next season as well!) They get washed about 2 times a week and hold up so wonderfully - also, for two feisty boys - they are very stain resistant!! I would recommend and would buy again!

Best beach sun hat for kids!

Best beach sun hat for kids! It's great that my nephew keep the hat on without complaint. It can be adjusted so it can be useful for a very long time. Comfy cotton sweatband, very soft. The brim is wide enough to keep him away from the harmful UV rays. The strap with Velcro closure under the chin is superb. Good color and well made hat.

Don't hesitate to buy

Perfect for 2 year old and will last several years! It was soft, adjustable, and vented and he wore it all week at the beach!

PERFECT!

My son was the cutest one at the beach in California with this sun protector hat. I thought it was too big at first but the back of it has a piece to adjust tightness. Wonderful! He never took it off and the wide brim was perfect for the best protection. I really recommend this product.
