More durable than the wooden poles

I should have bought this a long time ago. I really like the telescoping pole the fact I can use either a garden flag or a flag with grommets. It fits in my existing flag pole holder.

Superior quality product

I bought this flag and flag pole because my previous flag would get tangled up. This product allows my flag to blow in the wind and not tangle. It works beautifully. The nice surprise was the superior style and quality of both the flag and the pole. Much like a luxury car - you can just feel the quality as soon as you put your hands on it. The best flag pole I’ve ever purchased

If you are deciding on a flag pole, look no further. This is a heavy duty flagpole. I love how it extends so you can choose how far you want it to stretch from your house. This is an easy 5 Star rating as it hangs my 41-33 scoreboard flag to remind the world that the Eagles are SB champions. It doesn’t come with a bracket set. However, I ordered the one they recommended and it is perfect. Don’t waste your money on a cheap one from Walmart or Target. Trust me. You will be replacing it within a year if you do that. If you want something that will last and you can adjust very easily, then purchase this now. You won’t have any regrets. Just don’t forget to purchase the brackets separately.

Looks even better in real life

Very nice, durable flag pole. I've lost two wooden ones to wind storms-they just snapped. The is the second metal/iron one I've owned and this one was by far better than the first and it was much less (price wise) than the first. The extendable feature is very nice as well. I ordered the bronze and it's very subtle and tasteful. I had a difficult time choosing a color and I'm very pleased with the bronze. The color doesn't really stand out and blends in with any flag.

A great-looking flag pole!

So I got one of these many moons ago. I am proudly displaying Old Glory in all her glory outside of my balcony. Recently though, it started raining a lot in my area. After a while, I noticed that some parts of the pole started developing some dusting of rust. Not a lot, but it's there. Also, the plastic cap sealing the bottom end of the pole cracked. And so I reached out to the manufacturer. I told them about the minor rusting issue, and the cracked plastic cap. I asked them if they could send me another cap to replace the cracked one. Well, get this: Brigitte, the customer service rep at Evergreen issued a total replacement for my flag pole! Wow. Wasn't expecting that. Even though it's been many months ago that I bought this pole, they still went out of their way to make things right!

Great flag pole!

Really like the construction, feels & looks like it will last a long time. It's nice that it adjustable to any flag size and that you can lock the rings in place.

I'm glad I did

I finally decided to move away from wood and go with the metal. I'm glad I did. I live if Florida and it seems to be holding up to the elements without issue. Wind, rain, heat. No problem. Very happy with my purchase.

Awesome flag pole

Awesome flag pole. I really like the black over the traditional white or aluminum. The black color gives it more character and looks great on our antique Cape Cod style home. Also like the fact it is adjustable and allows the use of different sized flags. The pole states that it is made of iron, but I'm sure its just some other type of metal as its not extremely heavy like iron would be. Nonetheless its sturdy and does a good job of keeping the flag from wrapping around the pole. This one's a keeper!
