Charges a Motorola phone at "Turbopower" speeds using the USB C slot

During last year's tour, I traveled with 2 small plug adapters for Europe and my usual dual port USB adapter and a 15 watt Motorola turbo charger. That was a satisfactory arrangement and fairly light. This year, however, with 2 kids and my wife, the charging needs will go up. I picked up the EPICKA Universal Travel adapter on a lightning deal and have been impressed. In addition to being a universal plug adapter, the device has 4 USB-A port and one USB-C port. What's amazing is that the USB-C and USB-A ports register as "turbo charger" (i.e., Qualcomm QC compatible) chargers on my phone, and charge all devices attached to it at their maximum speed. The device weighs 147g (sans case and the cable it comes in), which is 14g more than having 2 adapters and the above-mentioned chargers, but those 14g gives you 1 more USB-A slot and 1 more USB-C slot as well as more countries you can visit on one adapter. I used it during my recent fixed based tour and have been impressed. Recommended.

Used this on a Moto trip through Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, and Lichtenstein. Appreciated only having to bring one adapter. Love the carrying case. Seems like the various buttons and slides may get damaged without - so make sure and keep the case and use it consistently. Really love the USB plugs. Handy to charge my laptop (in the three prong) and my cell, go pro, etc. at the same time while stopped. We ended up purchasing two - for each me and one for my husband. Would buy again.

Powered My Laptop and Charged My Phone At The Same Time!

My 13-year old universal adapter was too big, heavy, and bulky and was a nuisance. I bought this EPICKA brand as a necessary upgrade. I primarily chose it not only because of the small size factor, but it also contains 2 available USB ports which is what many devices use now more than 13 yrs ago. I was worried that the adapter may not work when both the AC plug and the USB port is being used at the same time. Here's the good news: I was able to plugin and power my laptop and then charge my phone through the USB all at the same time! I was happy about that! My parents are traveling overseas at the end of this month, and I'm going to let them borrow mine for their travel use. They hated my big old heavy one. For those who are having difficulty adjusting the levers on the side, it's probably because you forgot to push the button on the opposite end. When you push that square button down, you can then slide the plugs on/off depending on the geographical location. I have attached a photo so you can see what to push down. So easy to use!

Global Charging Made Easy

SO far its gone to London and Berlin and Stockholm and Copenhagen. Each time I clicked open a plug and was ready to charge my computer, iPhone and iPad. The size is great, the quality seems like it will hold up and I definitely recommend it. The only thing I had a problem with? Figuring out how to fit it back in the little case it came in. It only fits in one way, so pay attention when you take it out...or be a little frustrated when you can't seem to get it in and zipper the case closed!

A good quality product with great design and workmanship

I am an international traveler, always on business trips. Have been using similar products for years, and this EPICKA Universal Travel Power Adapter is the best so far! Compact, easy to operate with and packed with functionalities. Quality is superb, case is finely made, and included iphone/Samsung charging cable is great! If I have to pick on something, I would wish the charging cable can also work with my Samsung Galaxy S8 (USB Type C), but it is not a big deal. I can use my own cable, or I can attach a Type C adaptor to the micro USB head. All in all, a very fine product that lives to my expectation!

Worked wonderfully when we went to Denmark

Worked wonderfully when we went to Denmark. I especially like the fact that it is able to adapt to any plug style and any plug can go into it. The USB ports were also a great addition, letting my wife and I keep our phones and Kindles charged for the duration of the trip. I would recommend this for international travel, 100%. The USB cable that comes with it has an iphone style tip and a mini usb plug for kindles. It didn't work too well with my phone, as it's a newer unit and I kept getting a warning that the device might not be compatible with the phone and would lose some charging time. I would use stock apple cords or a similar product that you know works with the phone. Other than that, a great addition to our travel kit.

Works for us

My husband travels a lot. His old travel adapter got broken. I searched online and found this one, which works in different countries including Europe and Asia. It is smaller than most of other adapters and easier to carry around. Two USB ports assure fast charging, good for i-Pads, i-Phones, and other electronics. It's very convenient and works well for us.

Workhorse throughout Ireland and U.K. Trip!

Chose this based on reviews from Wirecutter. And boy, were they correct! This gadget worked superbly for charging phones and iPads, plus it even worked as an adapter for my husband's electric razor (we learned the plugs in the main rooms were necessarily different from those in bathrooms; this gadget worked in all the different sockets we encountered during our 2 week trip. After a long day of touring, we could plug in just this one adapter and 4 cords, and charge everything for the next day. It also charged up the backup power banks, too. This was kind of chunky compared to typical US charging plugs, but we wouldn't have had as successful a trip if this had stayed home. My one criticism is that its overall size is typically too big to fit on the usual lamp outlets common in US hotels - you need to use a wall socket instead. Serious workhorse - you won't be disappointed in its performance!

Gerat Design!

Great design. I plan to have a trip in summer to Iceland, so I really need few power adapters. Before this order, I bought a different brand model, and it uses a totally different split design (works like LEGO). This EPICKA adapter has a much better all in one design which I like most. I can easily select the region then push out the plugs. Beside those plugs, it marked country/region clearly so I don't have to bring user manual with it. Size and weight are both perfect. I also tested it in my home with normal US plugs, works very well.

I bought this for an upcoming trip to Hongkong, where the plug standard is different. And I found out this adapter is pretty useful in most countries because it can fit in every kind of standard outlet. It has 4 usb ports and 1 type-c port, so you can charge multiple devices at the same time which is perfect for people who will bring phones, ipad, and mobile power supply along with their trip. Greatly avoid the troublesome of not finding enough charging spots! You can also use it at home!
