the band on my G-Shock I've had four years snapped the other day, rather than replacing a good watch, I checked if I could replace the band. Checked the model number (underneath the watch), ordered this,& presto. Be sure to know what you're doing or have someone that does, plus still had some parts left over.

"Spring bars" may be too thin

Definitely worked for my watch. the spring bars however, looked too thin to attach the straps to the watch so I used the original ones. The Spring bars that came with the bands slid in and out of the bands really easy and gave me a bad feeling about its integrity.

Replacement band works great. DIY and save $$

I had a hard time finding a replacement watch band for my casio g shock 8900. Couldn't find any stores that stocked them. Casio website wanted $40. This band was only $11 and shipped very quickly. Came with the tools and spring bar too. Watched a how to video to replace the band. Not too difficult. Helps to have small fingers!

Overall I'm very satisfied with my purchase. To begin, my original delivery somehow ended up in California instead of New York. However, when I contact the seller the seller within no time was more than willing to make everything right by sending me the item promptly again. However only one minor issue is that two spring pins that come with the watch band are not nearly as thick as the pins that come with the watch originally. When I replaced it with the ones that came with the delivery the pins bent and came off. I somewhat wear my watch tight on my already big wrist. So after a day of wearing it I noticed the replacement pins had bent and came off the watch. But that's besides the point. My purchase was the band not the pins. Watch pins are readily available at any jewelry or watch repair shops but not the bands. So I am overall very satisfied with my purchase even though the seller had to resend my delivery to the correct address and also with the minor issue with the spring pins. As long as the mix-up with the delivery address doesn't happen again I will definitely buy again from this seller.

Easy installation

Fit perfectly. Didn't need any instructions whatsoever. I just picked up the tools it came with and began tinkering with it. Easy!
