Product performs exactly as advertised. Static free and easy to install. Holds a charge a long time. Not sure yet, but my right cheekbone may need to get used to the rectangular shape vs. my old "round" earpieces. So far I really like them.

I run Airbnb out of my open basement and I've been researching awhile for headphones I can use while watching TV at one of my 3 TVs on the main level so I wouldn't disturb my guests. I got these today, plugged them in, charged them a few minutes and then tried on my main TV. They worked perfect! Seriously, it's like plug and play. I don't have to worry about bluetooth or extra equipment. I have a tendancy to over-analze my purchases and I evn ran that Fakespot website scan to see if some of the reviews were fake...I mean, how can there be over 14,000 almost 5 star reviews...righ? It came back with an "A" rating. After hooking them up, I then asked a product question about how long they initially need charging as the instructions didn't say. Someone answered saying overnight (just an FYI). So far, I'm very happy! EDIT: Same nite, I try them on my 2nd TV, also Panasonic Plasma with same connections, but they won't work. Anyone have any ideas why?

I order a lot from Amazon however I never write reviews. I felt I needed to write a review on this item as it is amazing! Basically plug-and-play, setup was very easy. The sound through the headsets is incredible. I am able to walk all over my house and continue to get good reception through the headset. I am very pleased with this headset as I researched it a great deal before I purchased it. I would definitely buy this item again and I highly recommend it. My son has bought several different sets in the past and this is by far better than any that he has purchased even though his are more expensive. He is now considering buying this one as well! Also want to mention that the headset is very comfortable to wear.

I purchased these for my wife and received them earlier this morning. I couldn't wait to plug them in and start the suggested pre-use charging process. During the charging process I moved the TV to allow access to the audio out jacks. My Samsung LED has both RCA and stereo 1/8" jacks for audio output. The cables that are included have connections for either method. The manufacturer suggests 5-7 hours but I couldn't resist giving them a test drive after 2 hours. I turned on the TV, pressed the On/off switch on the headphones and within seconds the transmitter and headphones paired and sound came through. Full, robust sound just the way it sounds on a pair of headphones I own that cost triple. I took a walk around the house through several rooms and the sound remained constant with no drifting. I stepped out of the house and went into the garage, still no drifting. Much further than. the bluetooth pair that cost triple! So, now I have to buy another full set (transmitter and headphones) and see if I can purchase more transmitters for other device sources like my desktop computer, etc. All and all this has been one sweet sounding deal! UPDATE 2/13/19 So, I purchased a second transmitter and headphone. I'll keep one transmitter in the house and one in my RV. The headphone pairing process to the same transmitter was a snap but there are no supplied instructions on how to accomplish this. 1.Disconnect the power from the transmitter. 2.Press and hold the ON/OFF Button on headphones until the green LED indicator (on the headphones) starts flashing. 3.The headphones only stay in the pairing mode for roughly 5-10 seconds so be quick. Plug transmitter in while playing the audio source. When the red LED indicator on Transmitter and the green LED indicator on headphone glows steady, the paring will be successful. When I switch over to the other transmitter pairing must be performed again and so on each time I switch. Pairing however is automatic once it is initially done. Great simple system!

At first, it seemed to not being loud enough for me hard of hearing ears, but I found the way to raise the volume so it is more than adequate even for me. It was easy to set up and I found it very satisfactory in its performance; its performance is superior to all other TV headphones that I've used. Allen Glenn

Very easy setup (I have a Samsung Smart TV). I found that the headset was able to fit comfortably on my large head and found that the sound quality was excellent, actually better than a pair of wired headphones that I was using prior to purchasing the Artiste wireless TV headset. Big thumbs up :-)

I'm deaf as a post and these are wonderful! Was so easy to connect. I can also wonder about the house and still get good reception,. For the price, they are well worth it.

They work great! I purchased these headphones for my 85 year old mother. She lives with me, and likes to watch tv at night after I am in bed. And, she is hard of hearing so she has to have it loud and it bothers me. So, I was looking for some quality headphones that are simple to use and found these. They offer quality sound, comfort, and are easy to use. The only thing required before the first use is to charge them for 7 hours. Then, you just plug them into the back of the tv, push the switch on the headphone to on, adjust the volume, and you are good to go. I did buy some other headphones from a store that were cheaper, but they did not work. So, I had to look for different ones and found these. I highly recommend these headphones. They are excellent quality and worth the price.

Came as scheduled. Read the instructions and was surprised the batteries were installed (I did see this mentioned before). I first tried them on my PC. Plugged into the headphone port and it did, as expected, turned off the speakers. Surprised it came on so loud though. However was able to lower it easily and to my liking. Next to the intended use, our TV in the bedroom. Our TV only has a DAC out but our Cable Box does have the Audio out. Worked fine that way but again, it turns on loud. Easily lowered though. Ear cuffs are comfortable. I have wired headphones for my iPad and those Ear Cuffs are some sort of pleather (imitation leather) and crack often. These have cloth fabric ear cuffs, I'd expect them to last a lot longer. All in all, a great item to have.

First, let me address the two main objection cited in the negative reviewers regarding charging problems with the green charging light not going on, as well as the "high" volume issue when the phones are turned on. These objections strike me as problems being created by the user -- not the equipment. 1. When you charge, you simply MUST have the phone collapsed to its smallest size. If you don't it goes in at an odd angle doesn't make contact with the charging pin. I literally just drop mine into the holder and get the green light EVERY time. So those with tall and big heads, just remember to put the cans at the smallest setting. 2. People complain the volume is too loud when you turn on the phones. I have normal hearing and, frankly, have no idea what you're talking about. I find it robust, but not jarring or painful. I simply then adjust the volume to the circumstances of the room or my preference. As for the mechanics of the phones themselves. They're comfortable and I have a large, 7 1/2 hat size. They stay put. I imagine smaller heads will find them with even less pressure on the ears while still remaining in place. I love the low profile of the charging station. I can easily slip it under my console out of sight and bring it out only when I want to charge. I don't like a lot of electronic clutter around my audio visual set up. Other charging stations from other manufacturers are much more vertical and even unsightly. As for sound? Great sound. No latency. Solid bass response and crisp highs with a solid mid range to boot. Connectivity is totally effortless. Just press the on/off button for two seconds and let the device to its thing and connect automatically to a clear channel. Sometimes I think Amazon reviews have their share of haters, people who just want to bitch and will even compose problems where there are none. I also believe there are plants from other manufacturers trying to slam their competition. It's pathetic really. With the very forgiving Amazon return policy, my advice is to order them and try for yourself when you're looking at a product that's got a smattering of three-star reviews and below.
