I cook this up in a skillet scattering it with dried onions. Once it's cooked I place 18 eggs to the right of it and scramble them. Once the eggs are almost cooked I scramble everything together. Place shredded sharp cheddar all over it and salsa and melt it. It's scrumptious and low carb! That's my breakfast for the week as I place in small dishes to preheat throughout the week at work.

Great to use in homemade chili.

This was the first time I tried Turkey Chorizo, it taste great!
