The Nimbus is my go-to model for running shoes. It is like a cloud for my feet! I have high arches, plantar fasciitis, and heel spurs, and I just love how these shoes help support all the right places. Others have mentioned it feeling smaller than models, but I have not noticed this. Full disclosure, I do have narrow feet, and the normal width fits really well.

Luckily, I have had tons of Asics in the past, so I knew to order a half size up. Aside from that, the Nimbus 20s are great! I love my Nimbus 19s a little more, they had a higher arch and seem to have a cushier footbed, but that could be because they are more broken in. I ordered these in the black with pink trim so that I could wear them to my hospital business office job in lieu of ugly old lady flats. I have serious back and hip problems and do not ever buy cheap shoes, but I do think these could be a little cheaper... I paid $140 for my Nimbus 19s last year and felt it was money well spent but these i'm only fractionally less happy with. They are super supportive and don't make my feet or legs tired at all. I will continue to buy the Nimbus line for as long as Asics will make them!

Amazing sneaker. Fits perfectly. The toe room and stability is ideal. The cloudy gel lining makes it ready for 100 miles or so

I wore the Nimbus 18 for years and absolutely loved them. However, as happens to all well-worn shoes, they started to fall apart. I naively thought that I could just re-purchase the same pair, but I couldn't find them for sale in my size anywhere. I saw that the Nimbus 19 and 20 were now available, so I started looking into both. A lot of the reviews on the 20 complained that they did not measure up to the quality of the Nimbus 16 and 18 (smaller toe box, not as comfortable), so I was hesitant to buy these, but I took a risk based on the reviews that said they were comparable (and I really didn't want to start researching any other brands). I bought the Nimbus 20 in the same size as my Nimbus 18, and they fit perfectly. I do notice that the toe box is slightly more narrow than the 18, but it's not something that I've had any issues with since I got them a few weeks ago. The shoe is lighter than the 18, but does not seem to sacrifice cushion/comfort. I'm pleasantly satisfied and relieved that the 20 fit the bill for me!

Been in a boot for last 7 months these shoes are great. I got them a half size larger because the 19s ran smaller the 20s were what I thought they would be. Normally were a 8.5 the 9 fit great!!!

Okay, let me say that the Asics I got last year (2018) we very narrow and very small for my usual size 10. I tried to leave Asics and go to Brooks but I really like Pre- 2018 Asics and was hoping they would get it together and make them to fit normal people again. I have an old pair of gel nimbus 18 that I love and that were falling apart. I decided to try to get them again. Couldn’t find my size in that model on amazon but they have nimbus gel 20 in 10.5. I decided to risk it, thinking if i went up half a size it might make up for their newer smaller cut shoes. I got them. They are perfect and I love them. I run apx 20 miles a week. The interior seems to be made better too. the heels of all my old Asics would wear out really quick but the material seems more sturdy. I Really like these and I hope Asics keeps in mind that the quality of their shoes will keep them in business

My Husband has been trying to get me to purchase ASICS Gel Nimbus running shoes for years, but I've always gone to my usual brands. It was finally time for me to purchase new running sneakers and decided to give these ones a try. I am now officially hooked and can see why people swear by this brand. They cushion so well, it honestly took me a couple of minutes to get used to them because the sneaker I have been using do not offer nearly the quality of support that these sneakers do. They are literally like walking on a dream. 100% worth the money and actually make me look forward to working out. LOVE THEM.

I have been looking for the perfect pair of ASICS since they changed the design of my tried and true go-tos, the Gel Kayano. These are them! They are so comfy, with tons of cushioning and stability. They are a dream for running and working out. I got the size I always wear in Asics and they are perfect (they were snug at first but after a few runs they are just right).

The Nimbus 20 is as nimble as Harry Potter's Nimbus 2000. I recently ordered 12 pair of ASICS running shoes to find that perfect pair. The Nimbus 20 is the most comfortable style I found! I had to buy a size 9D instead of my prior size 8M, but these shoes give me a comfortable amount of room in the toe box. I actually bought two different colors, and I like them both. I'm a walker, not a runner, but I'm a very satisfied ASICS customer. Amazon's policy of free returns for shoes that don't fit allowed me to try many styles, and I'm grateful. Note: I also purchased 3 pair of the also excellent ASICS GT-2000's (one 6 and two 5's) - they are a little snug, but the 8 1/2 M fits, and they are breaking in nicely. This may sound very extravagant, but I started using a fitbit this year, and I needed better shoes. It's worth it.

I tried the Gel Nimbus 20 in black and white - ladies in 10 B - they were too tight across the toes! I had tried the yellow version at one of the show stores in the same size, and it fit perfectly! So I decided all the colors fit differently! I WAS RIGHT! This lovely dark blue version fits me perfectly! Thank you, Amazon for sending me new shoes in time for my leg surgery! I am so happy!
