I loved it until I went to recharge it, I opened the rubber cap covering the plug in area and found it full of rusty water. I emptied the water and dried it out for a few days then tried charging it. The light came on, but there must have been too much damage. It never worked again, light never came on again. Homitt went out of their way to reach out to me and gave me a full refund. Very impressive company. I don't think this issue with the cap is the norm for this product. I would tell people to try it as the company stands behind it.

I purchased this product a while back and it worked so good but then died on me after two uses in which I left a review here, the seller gave me a new one to try out at no cost and it worked perfect, now that's some awesome customer service. Stopped Charging just after a few months. - But Hommit Customer Service Top Notch!

Am kind of dismayed that they use such inferior charging and battery setup. I see others complain on this issue. And nope in this modern day of tech we shouldn't have to worry if we remembered to keep it plugged in and charged all the time. If not then it dies? Never to recover? Update: Was contacted by Homitt Customer service and offered a replacement or refund. Already solved my problem getting other device. So requested refund which they promptly fulfilled in a day. And monies back into my account. Kudos! to Homitt showing how important customer satisfaction is to them. Tho got a lemon no lingering sour taste in the mouth for me. And won't hesitate buying from them again. Upped the rating due to the excellent customer support.

Time saver

Originally bought this to help scrub out my mom's pool as you know they get algea build up on the sides too. It worked great and lasted the entire time on one charge. I later used it in my shower and will be buying one for myself. Definitely saves time and helps scrub clean.

Easy to use, battery lasts a long time, and the different scrubbers allow you to scrub everything in the bathroom and floors in the kitchen without hurting your back.

Good Power Scrubber. Makes Cleaning Easier.

This is my second power scrubber and I like this improved version better than the earlier model I purchased about a year ago from a different company. This model has tighter fitting joints in the extension and is more rigid. Also with the newer battery pack it charges faster. Both spin scrubbers make cleaning showers, bathtubs, and toilets easier. With the extension you can easily reach surfaces while standing. The interchangeable heads allow the scrubber to reach into various shaped areas. I am pleased with this product and would purchase it again.

Small machine, lots of power.

Just now finished using it on a very stained shower. (Using charcoal soap is a trend for me now, but unfortunately it's stains my pristine white porcelain shower.) The power in this little machine is incredible. It made short work of what would have taken me quite some time by hand with a scrub sponge. Definitely worth the money considering the reviews I read for similar devices. it came partially powered, and the instructions say to bleed some of that off before charging it again. It nearly completed the entire shower before needing its first charge. If you have a tough job, but not necessarily and industrial-type job, this definitely will serve you well. One of my best purchases, ever.

I LOVE this power scrubber. I had seen other options, all of which involved attaching parts to my power drill. I preferred to get a single, self-contained scrubber that would do the trick. I read numerous reviews about this, and comparable items. Ultimately I settled on this power scrubber. It is a LIFE SAVER. I am a very fit, active, woman in mid-50's, but the last time I cleaned my tub, I hurt my back. My shoulder blades ached for days, from kneeling and scrubbing the tub. I followed the directions. I allowed this to charge for well over 8 hours. I used this in conjunction with Ajax, and for the first time in my life - I scrubbed the tub clean, with no bending, crouching, kneeling and straining of my back. I cannot recommend it enough. If you're "on the fence" about this - don't be. It is fabulous.

Love this!

I bought this because I have arthritis, and bending over to scrub the tub is extremely painful. This device powered through all the buildup I had on my tub, all in one go, using only water. Review the email the manufacturer sends you when you buy it, and charge it for 8 hours before using. It has held that charge for three weeks so far, The bristles on the changeable heads are stiff enough yet pliable enough that they do the job without tearing off the surface you are cleaning. I don't know why everyone doesn't have one of these machines. I am so glad I bought this.

LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT !!!! HAVE USED IT ON MY BATHROOM SINKS & SHOWERS. ITS TOTALLY AMAZING, CLEANS SOOO WELL. SURE BEATS THE HECK OUT OF DOING ALL THAT SCRUBBING BY HAND !!!
