I bought this glass for my son (a home brewer) for Christmas, and he loved it. I thought it was a big pricey ($21+ for basically a Dollar Store pint glass, which equates to $20+ for personalization). But it made him very happy, which is what Christmas is all about, right? It looked exactly like what I ordered, and it was delivered on time and in one piece. Wonderful gift.

Awesome quality and customer service!

This product is great quality! Definitely recommend. The etched banner has a few minor imperfections and it’s a little difficult to read the word in the banner (“groom” in picture) but overall I am satisfied. I ordered 6, and they all came packaged in bubble wrap. Unfortunately 1 was broken during shipping, but I contacted the seller and they are shipping me a new one no problem.

Great product-order carefully

Overall the experience was very good. Delivery time was excellent. One issue--there were 5 etched lines. On one line the font was too small and the text is hard to read. Everything else was just as expected. You need to be carefull when you configure your order.

Love it! Great gift!

This turned out great! I used the mountain pattern to make a gift for my dad's birthday! It is kind of difficult to see the etching if there is nothing behind it, but overall it turned out perfect and he loves it! It also came much quicker than most personalized gifts ship. Thank you!

The design came out flawlessly, and the glass arrived well ahead of the standard shipping time. I only wish they offered a price break for multiple glasses of the same design. My friends were so impressed that I'm sure they'll try to steal this glass, so would be nice to have a few back ups.
