So far so good. Fits my 17" HP laptop perfectly. Bought it based on the reviews. Most of the 5 star reviews were on point, although the USB charger was a little falsely advertised. Made it sound like the USB charger was already attached to a power source. You have to buy your own small/pocket charger that hooks up to it. Now we'll see if it stands up to my daily abuse. Will re-review if it falls apart quickly.

Large enough to carry over 1 gallon of water, rain suit, safety glasses, gloves and enough food for 12+ hours of work! Backpack is holding up VERY well after lugging around all of said items and tossing the bag to the ground repeatedly. This backpack is better than any I have ever used or seen! Highly recommended.

The moment this back left the box I was satisfied with the quality of the material and more than happy with the space of the bag itself. If I ever need another bag this is the first place I am going to look. Very satisfied.

Very good material, has a lot and I mean a lot of room you can pack a lot of things, it’s good for school I mainly use it for that, it looks nice with the bold red features. The backpack is very comfortable, well it can be if you don’t pack too much stuff lol, the zippers themselves are really nice metals, yes little things matter. The inside has a really nice material as well and it has a nice texture inside being the brand name. Get this backpack. It’s good.

This is an awesome backpack that I use as my gym bag. I like all of the compartments that it offers. Its easy to organize where I put my notebooks, back straps, wrist straps, knee sleeves and etc. It's spacious! The only thing I don't like about it is the front bottom zipper is a bit messed up. But it's not such a huge problem because if u zip it back and forth it will self correct. Take a look at the pic! Edit: because a refund was issued on this product for the broken zipper and the great customer service that was given to me, I've decided change my rating from 4 * to 5*. They earn my business for trying to resolve my problems.

I am not the kind of guy that would ever buy or look for the option to buy a backpack unless I was going for wilderness. This backpack arrives at every possible option I would long for in the wilderness and business world. Yet, the reason I found it awesome is was looking simply for a bag to put my Laptop, some client files, a few presentation flip charts, my lunch... BAM! All that and I am STILL finding pockets and hangers I didn't even know about! I love this backpack!

As of this writing, I'm a 41-year-old man who already has an AS in software engineering; BS in business management; and MBA. I earned the AS back in '98 at a brick-and-mortar school. My other degrees were at online-dominant schools. All my submissions were typed and submitted electronically, all presentations done virtually, all professor interactions done via videoconference. Most testing was proctored online. I bring this up not to be braggadocios in the least, but to indicate that it's been TWENTY YEARS since I've been on a school campus. I decided for a career change to nursing, so here I am, back on campus 20 years later, needing an actual backpack to carry physical books, and notebooks, and binders, and pencils, and pens, and other accoutrements of on-campus student life. Oh, my! Being frank here, I didn't know what to even look for, so I picked the first thing that came up in search results. Serendipity, I love you because I made a good "decision." This backpack is beyond spacious. I'm taking full load of classes, so even beyond my required textbooks, I have a crap ton of items to tote around. Two notable points: 1.) I have never felt I was running low on space. No matter how much I cram in here, there always seems to be room for yet more. If anything, there might be too much space, because I occasionally find I have to search around for items. (I guess this wouldn't be an issue if I remembered where I packed them.) 2.) Despite the large load, I never feel encumbered. I have zero clue how they designed the backpack for this, but whether I'm carrying it on one shoulder or both, I simply don't feel bogged down. This is important because my classes are scattered all across the campus, which means a lot of walking. The last thing I need is getting to class hobbled over in back pain. I also only realized the USB port after I purchased it. How cool is that! I can buy a portable charger, which I will, and keep my phone or any other USB-friendly device charged while I'm at school all day. Even though I did zero research to get it, I'm happy with my haphazard purchase. It's made college life that much easier.

LOVE this backpack! I bought this for a cross-country trip and wanted to use it as my carry-on. I have used it everyday since as my new “briefcase.” This is such a great backpack, it fits my laptop & charging cord, files, makeup, gym clothes and shoes with tons of room to spare. I absolutely LOVE it......I will even keep my purse in it and just take my purse out if I have after work drinks or dinner. Have had for over a month and have used it for 2 airplane trips and everyday office use and it still looks brand new. I will update if anything changes.

I bought this backpack since I travel across town and feel like a bag lady when going to visit my family. This bag helps reduce the number of bags from 3-4 to 2. On a trip to Fl by car, this backpack was helpful. I had to pack it rather full for the day trip to Kennedy Space Center with not one but two laptops a 15" and a 13 " no problem with both and an iPad 9.7 to both all fit along with other items in the pack as well. It was a bit heavy but worth the trouble. Here's the thing this bad could easily carry everything I need for a weekend trip to Vegas like the BlackHat Conference and I wouldn't have to check the bag. It would easily fit overhead and I could or under a seat. I'm still not entirely sure how the wired in usb works it doesn't at all make sense to me. I'd like some instructions for how to utilize it, otherwise, it's just in the way. The bag is good but even empty it has weight adding items adds to its weight. Once filled it's about 20 to 30 lbs to carry on your back. This, however is much easier to carry on your back than on the side like luggage. I give it a 5 stars becuase so much can fit it and the zippers are strong, and also there are so many compartments. I love this back pack.

I fit 2 laptops into the same main zipper-ed compartment this bag with ZERO issues. I originally intended to pack this backpack into my checked luggage before boarding its first flight, but my checked bag was 6 pounds overweight which would have cost me $40+ in additional fees... I first thought the backpack was far too large to be considered a "personal item" for carry-on, but it was not. Super annoying to have to pull both laptops out and put them in separate plastic bins for the "probing" at the airport security checkpoint but ever with all the gear I put in this backpack for a week-long work trip, it was only at about half of its "fit capacity. It fit under the seat in front of me without an issue. It's comfortable to carry one 1 or 2 shoulders. The only questionable part about it is how the "USB charger pack" is supposed to work? Seems like a good idea in theory, but... the way the bag is designed to "hold the charger pack" seems like it would be a rather small charger pack that would be a challenge to recharge later. There are a few "port holes" where USB cables "run through" (included with the bag) but I'm not so sure I'd ever actually used them. Cool idea though. I was a bit skeptical of this backpack purchase at first because it seemed like kind of a gimmick: lots of space, cheaper than others of similar capacity, "usb port holes" built in, etc. But I have to say I'm VERY glad I have this backpack now. Definitely an upgrade from the other laptop backpacks that I've purchased over the years that have ended up with odd problems like broken or frozen zippers. Aside from the "still-needs-work USB charger-pack concept", this thing is perfect for travel.
