We’ve used these a lot more than we thought. Of course for decorating cakes. They are essential. But also smoothing down all kinds of pan-baked goods. Such a simple tool but super useful in the kitchen.

We’ve been searching for icing spatulas for sometime. Every one was either flimsy or outrageously priced. We came upon these and they looked well made and priced reasonable. We purchased them and when they arrived we were very pleased with our purchase. They are sturdy and the handles are just the right size.
