Great Buy

Very glad I bought these. Direct fit. Perfect fit. Looks great. Had to replace the original ones after 18 years, they looked 18 years old. The new one really clean up the look of the hood.

My Hi-Lift was too big to mount inside my TJ, so I used these hood mounts. No instructions included but installation is pretty straightforward. One tip is that the second hole on the one mount fits a padlock through the jack so you can secure it from theft. Only downside is they aren’t as solid as they could be with a gusset. Seems solid at highway speeds but they do have a little bounce, honestly.

Great so far

Really solid brackets! Great powder coat too. I would equate them to a solid Poison Spyder knock-off. I haven't had a chance to put them on yet because I'm waiting on a windshield replacement, but I lined them up with the screws and they look like they will fit great. I will update my review when I get everything mounted

Went on easy. I suggest removing 2 of the factory hood ...

Went on easy. I suggest removing 2 of the factory hood bolts, and putting one of the allen bolts that come with the kit in t keep the floating plate underneath aligned easier. Total install time was around 15 minutes or less. Feels very sturdy. The coating was the typical textured black powdercoat that comes on cheaper items. I will update this review after it has been installed for awhile to see how the finish of the brackets and the allen bolts hold up.

Inexpensive and adds flair to Jeep

Was looking for a mount for a jack on my wrangler. All of the number mounts were expensive. This was a great alternative, plus it’s relatively inexpensive and looks cool on my Jeep.

Came with a great no vibration mount plus quality wiring kit that I modified to work with a foot high beam switch. Thing is super super bright. Decided to remove my hella 550's and go with this only. It sits just below cab level but not visible thru the windshield.

They are direct fit and work well
