The phone arrived in meticulous condition. The battery life is good (not great, but within expected levels), the camera and speaker are both great, the screen and image quality are beautiful. The internal storage gives an exceptional amount of room for apps, and expanded storage for multimedia and music, in the form of SD card (not included), make it an excellent phone. It charges very quickly, BUT! it uses USB-c, which has a different connector, so your old cables will not work with it! Also, do not use your old cables with it's wall adapter to charge other things, as it is a different type of charger and you risk damaging things by using incompatible chargers. Two things to be aware of? 1) the battery is NOT removable. 2) The SD card and sim card are both loaded into a flimsy plastic tray that you want to be careful with (don't lose it, bend it or break it), and you need a pin or other small, thin point to push into a hole on the top of the phone to make that tray eject (and no tool to do that is included) at the end of the day, buying a top notch phone of 2 or 3 years ago is a better financial choice than buying the current top flight phone, and you still end up with an attractive, fast, dependable and very high end phone. This beats the pants off any mid to low tier phone out there (even the newest ones) and at a comparable price point. I've recommended this to family and friends. Just make sure you buy the one for your network! They are not unlocked. If you are on verizon, buy the verizon one. On tmobile, buy tmobile. They are not universal!

My initial review wasn't great and I'd like to recant it. My phone looked brand new. The only issue was the volume. I had a hard time hearing anyone who called me or whom I called even when the volume was at max. I'd planned to return the phone but I'm not sure what happened that problem fixed itself. Everything else about the phone exceeded my expectations.

Refurbished, but indistinguishable from new. Great phone. Fast delivery. No regrets.

It's a crap shoot as to whether the finger print reader on the S8+ is going to work or not. You have to be willing to either accept getting one which doesn't, sending it back or getting it repaired. Mine is being repaired by 10,000 cell phones. They do an EXCELLENT job. Is it the seller's fault? No. It's Samsung's and consumers, who keep paying full retail for their half-baked products! Otherwise, the phone is perfect. Mine came with ZERO scratches, none! Every feature works perfectly, except Samsung's crappy fingerprint reader. The price was "good", not "GREAT!". It is what it is on price. The phone battery acts new. The packaging was adequate, although I thought it odd it didn't come with headphones when they do new.

I didnt want to spend an insane amount on the 9 after my 7 broke so I settled on the s8+ and I love it. Everything I need in a phone and it didnt break the bank.

This phone has worked great for me. I have Metro PCS (now known as Metro by T-Mobile). They transferred everything over from my old phone with no problem. The battery is good it really does last all day. I noticed lately mines is draining a little but it could be because I have hella apps running in the background. And it's not terrible fast it's still enough to last all day. The camera is amazing. For me its the best camera I have had. It was worth the money in my opinion.

When my Galaxy S5 died, I was not at all enthusiastic about phone shopping, especially since I use my phone...as a phone. But I am incredibly impressed by the S8+. First of all, this thing is gorgeous. The screen is vibrant and crystal clear, and there were absolutely no signs of wear. Second, it's lightning fast. I've had some bad experiences in the past with new (or new-to-me) phones because it always seemed like I'd lose data in the transfer. Not so this time around. I put my sim card and sd card in the S8+ and turned it on. What happened next was magical. It was like, "oh, hey, I know you. Let me configure everything just the way you want it. It'll take, like, 2 minutes." And it did. I did nothing but watch. Wait...not entirely true. I logged into Google. And THEN I watched. Everything was perfect. Even my desktop image was the same. My apps, my custom ringtone, my alarms, everything was perfect. I had actually blocked time off to set up the new phone, and was delighted to find myself with nothing to do. I bought this because I'm on T-Mobile, so I can't say whether this would work on a different carrier. I got it in Orchid Grey. The box it came in also contained a charging cord and charger. Pro tip: use the new wall plug. If you were using something as old as the Galaxy S5, the old wall plug is just too slow for the S8+. Also, the charging port on the S8+ is different. But what's cool about it is that it's omnidirectional, so no more fumbling around trying to figure out the "right" way to plug it in. Also, because of the IP68 water resistance rating, I'm hoping my nightmares about falling into water with my phone in my pocket will stop. Not included in the box...the sim card removal tool doohickey. I used a thin paperclip, which worked just fine. Not sure if Samsung would recommend that, so if it's important to you, add one to your cart before you check out. They're cheap, and there are several vendors on Amazon who sell them. Also, the charging cord that comes with the phone is short. Maybe 3 feet. It'll get you started, but you might need a longer cord if you're not using a wireless charger. One other thing is that this phone is pretty slippery. If you're paranoid about your own clumsiness, add a case to your order, too. Hope this helps. TL;DR: Awesome phone, no sim card removal tool, short charging cord, phone is kind of slippery.

Personal use. Battery life is ok, but the charger is not a fast charger so you might want to purchase one. Everything else is cool. Love it for the price, no scratches or nicks and fast shipping..

I love this phone. Works great. Looks great. Feels great.

best galaxy for the money! dont overpay by buying an S9 or even S10. if you want a nice phone with a good front and rear camera with good performance and decent ram, then this phone is the best android for $300
