Very happy with my purchase and the customer service

I bought this computer for my daughter as a basic computer for surfing the web, youtube, etc. Didn't really expect her to be able to play games on it but surprisingly she was able to download and play an online mmorpg. It's also extremely fast. I bought an adapter for vga to hdmi - so attached it to a sony monitor. It worked and I am happy with my purchase. Also, I messaged them because my first adapter didn't work and they got back to me right away.

I admit it. I was shocked at how freaking well this computer performed!

So I didn't expect much for a couple hundred bucks but this sucker really flies. I'm happy with my purchase, honestly and this ought to hold me for a while. Thanks a lot guys.

Not perfect but so far so good

Some dent on the side and missing rubber soles at the bottom and side. But it is refurbished so that is expected. Specs? It is as advertised. Good speed. It's going to be 1 month soon and still working fine. I was scared at first to buy refurbished. I'd read some comments are unfavorable to products like this. I been thinking about it for 6 months. So far, it was a good decision. Cheap, fast, and reliable so far. Will update in next 3 months. 5 stars for now.

Great refurbs. Have purchased Over 20 of these. They will last my company for years. Definitely a huge money saver compared to brand new $600 and up PC's. An updated processor, good amount of RAM, and USB 3 ports, anything over 500GB hard drive makes this a great, long business lasting PC. Especially for the price.

Good deal for the money

The unit came in a heavy-duty box with cushions at all 8 corners, so it was well protected. I wanted to add a second sound-card for my application (ham radio) so I needed to open the unit up to install it. Everything was very clean inside - basically it looked new. Outside, there were some minor scuffs on the front, but that is to be expected from a refurbished unit. Otherwise, the outside was also very clean. A WiFi dongle (included) needs to be plugged into a USB port. The unit came right up and recognized the WiFI dongle. There are very clear instructions on how to activate windows once you are powered up. A Windows CD was included, which is nice should something go wrong in the future requiring a software repair or re-install. I received a follow-up email after delivery of the PC just to make sure everything was ok. The bottom line from my viewpoint is if you are looking for a quality PC and can live with a few scuffs, this is a good deal for the money. If I had to list a negative, it would be that the price dropped from $329 to $299 the day after I ordered it - just my luck.

Fantastic Bargian from Quality People

These guys covered everything. When I panicked b/c the HDMI connection was wrong, I opened a little included package: there was the very adapter I needed. This guy started in a garage with a credit card and a vision. Today, he's big business, and still his delivery is like a care package. He does not want you to be disappointed.

Love the SSD

I've only had the computer a few days, and thus far no problems. I upgraded from an Intel Pentium 3220 with 4GB of RAM, to this computer, an i5 with 8GB of RAM, and an SSD. This computer is much faster than my old one. I'm far from an expert on computers, but I think this is attributed to the additional RAM and the SSD. Whereas my old computer would take a minute or two to "wake up" after going into sleep mode, this computer wakes up instantly. Love it so far. This is the first time I've purchased from Blair Technologies. They have been great in terms of providing documentation with the computer, and sending follow-up emails to make sure everything is working and that I'm happy with the purchase.

Great Value

Our 10 year old computer started running real slow and we decided to look for an inexpensive replacement. This computer isn't the latest greatest (it is a 2018 model), but for what it is used for, it is perfect. I took a chance on a refurbished and am glad I did. It is a great value for a desktop with a 500GB SSD, 16G Ram, DVD drive, core i5 processor......it also came with a wifi USB adaptor, keyboard and mouse. I did purchase a DP to HDMI adaptor so I could connect it to my older monitor.
