  • 100% All Natural, Undyed, Unbleached, and totally safe cotton rope!
  • Great for pet toys, use around animals, and easy to color or dye yourself
  • Available by the foot in a variety of widths and lengths for you to choose from
  • Made in the USA and backed by GOLBERG's quality guarantee

This is beautiful and strong rope. Crafters, this rope is very stiff. May not be suitable if you need pliability. Adding a photo to demonstrate the color. It is not "white." It's a natural color. I submerged it in bleach and that took care of it in about 15 minutes. Photo shows before and after bleaching. Was worried that the bleach might adversely affect the integrity of the cotton material. Nope. I searched all over the place for white twisted rope in widths wider than 1/4". Nowhere to be found. This was a good solution.

I used this for handles on my crochet shopping bag. I bought 100' so I still have a lot left over for more projects! I can't believe how much you get. It's exactly as described. Be sure to take the ends back if you cut it or it will fray and come apart.

Very nice rope for the price. Nice tight lay for cotton. Easy to soften if needed, just soak in hot water and let it dry under a bit of tension. Took some dye to it and the lay was tight enough that the dye didn't penetrate into the interior fibers. This is not a problem, rather it proves the fact that it is well made. Will buy again.

High quality, well-packaged and arrived timely. Thru-and-thru 100% cotton rope, 1.25" x 10ft. Will be using for a project where I need to dye the rope therefore requiring the 100% cotton. Many ropes on Amazon have nylon or other materials in the center which may cause problems with dye, but not this rope. Will be ordering again from Goldberg, I'm sure!

EXCELENT QUALITY this is 100% cotton with no middle filler like other cords. I purchased it to make chewing toys for my two shih tzu's, Clemente and Maya. They loved it!

Came exactly as described. Worked perfect for my wall hanging and was a great price.

Our home was built in 1949, and while we're fixing it up, we also wanted to keep it era themed over all along with specific room themes. When we replaced the guest bath sink, we found that the original hot-water pipes, except for the very top, and very bottom, wouldn't stay behind the pedestal. Instead of going through the trouble of replacing them, and STILL not being able to hide them completely, we decided that the nautical/beach theme of this bathroom could help. By wrapping the rope around the pipes, it gives it a nice nautical look that blends in with the rest of the bathroom. Plus, since the sink didn't match up perfectly with the pedestal (another chink in trying to keep an old house intact for its age while modernizing it), I have ordered more rope to wrap around the space. This rope is great! Having different sizes available makes it right for any project. the quality is there, the look is there, and the price can't be beat!

25' was enough to make two dog pull-chew-toys! For each toy: Cut the rope in two (12.5 feet each), set one aside, double twice into four 3' (uncut sections) tie a knot in the middle of four lengths and immediately tie knots in the two loose ends, then cut three of the four loops at each end and tie knots on all the loose ends before they fray . You end up with six knotted ends and one loop handle for a pull-toy! My Cocker Spaniel Puppies are in heaven. Just supervise the pups at playtime (like you would with any other destructible toy). Tip : Be sure to check and tighten the end-knots often to make sure they don't become undone! If they do, the rope will unravel into an uncountable number of cotton strings! (Good thing I learned to braid as a child!) I 'm thinking a hot water wash and dry may tighten things up, but haven't tried that yet! Have fun and be creative with the other 12.5' length!

I used this to make a rope bridge for my eclectus, cockatoo (who is a very very hard chewer and will destroy anything that’s his to play on) and our sun conure. The three birds have played on this and chewed and it’s very durable. I’m pleased and will be ordering more. I even used it for the toys to mix with veggie tanned leather and wood for the Too and he’s very happy. He can play without destroying it in the first bite. Glad it’s not a finger let’s say that lol. He’s a sweet bird and doesn’t bite but it’s amazing the pressure he exerts and rips on this rope without it tearing completely.

I ordered to sew for a rope bowl and matching trivet. This was so easy to maneuver through the sewing machine, particularly to shape the sides of the bowl. Using jean needle it easily went through the rope using a zig-zag stitch. With the twisted rope it made two beautiful products for my next craft show.
