• SMALLER SIZE - Ever have to jerry-rig your bar clamp over a smaller bar to make it fit? Not anymore. The Mini Bar Clamp is designed specifically for bars with a smaller diameter ranging from .75" to 1" to 1.25". Mount your mini bar clamp on roof racks, roll cages, bull bars, handlebars, and more! The mini bar clamp takes up less space than traditional bar clamps, allowing you to mount it in tighter spaces.
  • RUBBER TEETH - Unsatisfied with the grip of your current bar clamp? The Mini Bar Clamp comes with multiple rubber teeth which allows the mini clamp to get a more secure grip and fit handlebars of different diameters. The rubber teeth also help dampen vibrations, stops the metal from being worn down and keeps your bars protected all the way through.
  • STURDY ALUMINUM & RUBBER STRIP- The Mini Bar Clamp is built using precision-welded cast aluminum, allowing it to be both lightweight and durable, and easy to hang onto (get it?). For mounting onto the aluminum teeth directly, the mini bar clamp comes with an additional rubber strip to prevent the aluminum from being worn down.
  • NO DRILLING - Tired on drilling holes on your bar? Us too. With the mini bar clamp, simply bolt it over your handlebars, and mount your light bar onto the clamp. It's that easy. Plus, the Mini Bar Clamp accessories kit comes with everything you need for installation.
  • YOUR PURCHASE. PROTECTED - We stand by our products. A lot. We love them so much we'd marry them if we could (Sorry Jill). That's why every mini bar clamp comes with a 90-day return policy, 2-year warranty, and the best US based telephone support in the business. It's that good.

I used these brackets to mount two 6.5" flood bars to my Yamaha Bruin (ATV). The horizontal bar on the front rack on the ATV is about 0.75". With the included rubber fittings I was able to mount the light bars snug enough to where they don't bounce/vibrate excessively when riding on rough terrain, but loose enough to where I can manually adjust them in the field without the use of tools. I would highly recommend this product if you need a solid mount that is easily adjustable when needed.

So i originally purchased to install a 20" lightbar on ATV racks. When i fell into an extra pair of cubes i said how can I add them to the existing brackets? Low and behold with a longer bolt it worked like a charm and these brackets held up great! Perfect size for ATV racks! Nice powdercoated durable feel, and adjustable size inserts

Purchased for attaching ham radio mast enclosure; 60" of 200 psi 1" pvc pipe (od ~1 1/16," 27mm). The clamps were a perfect fit using the thinnest supplied elastomer bushing material. Needed to trim about 2 mm from the ends of the bushing to match the pipe circumference. This set up looks like it will be easier on the thin wall pipe than using the usual U-bolts or metal pipe straps. The clamp's parts lined up adequately, the enclosed fasteners included locking washers. Happy customer. A p.s.: had I read the reviews about defective parts, I might not have purchased. Lucked out and got a good set.

Used to mount my LED lights on an ATV. These appear good quality. I like the rubber bushings which keep them tight and free from vibration or any movement while riding over rough terrain. The main part is anodized aluminum and the screws are chrome plated steel. The screws do start to show surface rust after a few months, but that is typical around here. Just replace with stainless steel screws from a hardware store.

These mounting brackets have a 3/8 hole for mounting your accessories. The various bushings and rubber strips included in the package do a great job of securing them to the tubing. I'm using these on a roof rack with 1 inch tubing and when tightened down are very solid and very difficult to move. Just be careful when timing down the two has, these are steel bolts going into an aluminum housing. Very well-constructed, but the aluminum can be stripped out if you over tighten them incorrectly.

Solid mount for driving lights. Multiple rubber inserts adjust to a variety of bar sizes. No vibration, easy to install. If the rubber seems too tight, start both screws and tighten down evenly for a strong, secure mount. I used these to install driving lights on the canyon bars on my Kawasaki Concours and they work great! Very stable, solid - the perfect mount option for my application and significantly less $$ than other models that are "motorcycle specific".

Replacing the steering damper on my Hack proved interesting. The one supplied with my sidecar was serious overkill, making turns difficult at best. I needed something with a lot less drag, and found what I needed here at Amazon. All I had to add was one of these clamps to attach the new damper to my bike. Since they are designed for a 1.25" Bull Bar I had to grind down the teeth in the radius of both halves a bit to get a good fit on my Triumph T-100 frame, and drill out the mounting hole to 1/2" and fit three 1/2" nylon spacers inside, but the result turned out great. I gave a 5 Star rating because it came exactly as described.

These worked perfectly for my bike rack I attached to the front forks. Sturdy and variety of sizes of spacer gaskets for different size of pipe. I got the right size and only used the thinnest gasket for mine. I feel confident it will stay where I installed them, hope they do. My use is not very rough, but I think they would be OK if I did go on rough terrain. They clamped down very tightly. Thanks!

I purchased this product to mount a digital speedometer &tachometer to the handlebar on my Suzuki GS500e. In conjunction with the iJDMTOY 2-pack universal side mounting brackets for straight or curved led lights, and the single digital gauge, I freed up a ton of space. Now I have room for a camera and a stand alone GPS!

I used these to install some auxiliary lights on my motorcycle. They fit nicely on the crash bars and held position easily. I also used one in conjunction with a rubber clamp (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000CQPANY/) to attach a solar-powered flashlight in a different spot. They worked great on my 600+ mile journey. They are a little bulky, so make sure you have plenty of room to install.
