Cooking for 1 or more - all of these pans are an asset to your collection and they don't take up much room because they nest. I'm a fan of enamel covered pans (they don't break if you drop them). These are not as thick as other pans I have, so I would say use caution when cooking in high heat ovens: these will get hot faster (pros & cons) and are probably not best for long roasting above temps of 325 (IMHO).

Useful smaller sizes for 1-3 servings

Very similar in shape and quality to Falcon enamelware but less expensive. The white is a very attractive light ivory. Very happy with quality, enamel is smooth and no chips

Good basic stuff

Good basic kitchen stuff. I have similar ones that are heavier but not as well finished, although these are not perfect, but very good. They can go from hob to oven, will be used a lot.
