Recently became a Caretaker for a family member and needed to stock up on supplies. Great quality and quantity for the price, and the color is good for the gentlemen.

Does the job!

For us, this brand works better than any other. We use it for our son who has autism and wets every night. I always use a disposable sheet protector in case of leaks That rarely happens. The only problem we’ve encountered is that occasionally a batch has dried glue residue form the production and its scratches and hurts soft skin.

I don't like needing this product...but I am glad it is made and works.

Really don't like the pop-up in the five-star rating: "I love it." Look, if you need this, you need it. I have not tried other brands yet and am new to the need, post-surgery, but for all the annoyances of this new feature to my lifestyle: these do not leak, even when pretty well "loaded" and fit well under clothes, the bulk being in crotch area, not body. They also try to stay drier next to your body, wick liquid away, but let's face it: they are wet and enclosed. I have a latex/rubber allergy so apparently the "elastic" does not contain these as I have had no problem with that, over a couple of months now. Consider shopping for pants on Duluth Trading Company. Their "ballroom" jeans are just the thing for a little extra room. Also, am finding these keep a pretty good seal around body even when doing their job.

I've tried many different brands. I have found none that will keep my husband dry during the night. these hold a lot of liquid but not enough over night. Of all we've tried I pick these as the best. The material is the softest and they fit the nicest. They aren't the stark white underwear either.

These fit different that m-s or l-xl they are a closer fit for what is needed so they hold in the urine better

Try turning it around if laying down!

I bought these for my hus and who has both types of incontinence due to early onset Alzheimers. I've found that at night for urine if you put it on BACKWARDS it worK's fantastic. Catches much more. In fact I started using it backwards 100%of the time when he got diarrhea because it was so absorbent the cleanup was just easier. I've been buying these for 2yrs+ and will continue to recommend them to everone.

Good quality

I’d rather not have to wear something like this, but since it isn’t optional for me this is my choice. Be sure to take note that at some time in the recent past the manufacturer changed the sizes so the size you used to buy is no longer the size to order.

A mixed blessing

Perfect both for function and style- the only complaint which is not unique to this brand is that they retain urine and it’s odor so at the same time they may avoid an “ accident” they create an unpleasant and unhealthy environment
