I was skeptical about getting these rods but for the price you actually get a decent quality product. Don’t hang very heavy drapes such as vaulted ceiling height curtains on these because they’re not that sturdy IMO.

We used this curtain rod for our large living room window. My husband installed it in about ten minutes. My kids were being turds one day, messing with the curtains, and one spot where the rod is able to extend came loose pretty easily, but it was just as easy to put it back in, no harm done. It looks nice, and was a very affordable price. I’d buy another Amazon Basics curtain rod if we need any in the future.

Great looking curtain rod. Looks just like the photos. Somewhat easy to install, however I'd recommend getting better drywall screws because the ones that it comes with do not hold up and the brackets will come out with the weight of the curtains. But will new screws, it's perfect.

Only curtain rod that doesn’t need 5 brackets to keep it from sagging on our picture window. Looks nice too.

I was having difficulty finding a double curtain rod that I liked in stores (tried Target, Home Depot, and Bed Bath & Beyond). This looks good, is very neutral, and is perfect for hanging sheer panels with thicker curtains.

I was very pleased with the rods. They look good and were easy to install, although all curtain rods are equally easy! However, I just realized mine didn’t come with finials... uh, oh. I found them! I thought the boxes they were in were just package fillers. But they aren't!

I do like this double curtain rod a lot. It's well made with a small bit of heft too the brackets; which is a good thing. Like another reviewer commented, it's tricky to get to the top screw hole. The only options I could think of was to 1-buy an angled drill adapter, 2-screw the screw in an upward angle (not good), or 3-temporarily slightly bend the brackets. I chose to bend the brackets until everything was installed. It worked out okay, but I do feel there may be a little lose of strength in the bend. It could be just me worryin but I still don't like the thought of it because my curtains are heavy. I will add that other brackets I've installed had similar issues. I'm still very happy with the quality and price compared to others I considered.

I got two different lengths of this curtain rod. They were super easy to install. They might not work well with very heavy curtains but for sheers and thin curtains they work like a charm!

Love the look of this rod. The bronze is a deep rich dark brown color, like what espresso would be in furniture, which is exactly what I hoped for. It’s a good quality and looks great hung with my curtains. I agree with one of the other reviewers about one of the screws being difficult to put in due to the location of the hole on the bracket. I just let my electric screwdriver do its thing and it probably went in crooked but still held up fine. I priced rods like this out and this was the best deal I found. I highly recommend this. I bought another size too & did my whole living room with these.

as basic as it gets, does what its supposed to..looks nice
