Much better fit than the S/M or the L/XL sizes; the large size is perfectly between the original 2 sizes. These work great for older (disabled) children who need a pull-up at bedtime. They hold up really well overnight.

Super Absorbent and great price for 42!

We purchase these for my 13 year old son with severe autism. We wanted to dry the Depends because the ones we had previously purchased would not hold his urine at night and I would end up washing his blankets and sheets everyday. At our local Wal-Mart store 20 of these Depends are 28.00. We decided to purchase them on Amazon because the price difference and the amount you get exceed what we could purchase locally. They are also made for men, so I don't have to wash his sheets and blankets everyday.

Absolutely the BEST

I’m thrilled with this product! After my urinary bladder cancer replacement with a “neo bladder” surgery I’ve been struggling with nighttime leakage with using just the absorbent pads. With the addition of the Depend fit-flex underware for men, my problem is solved. Absolutely no leakage, and I’m able to sleep through the night again.
