Great Space Saver, Even Better Customer Service

Was really impressed with this ironing board and it is a great space saver that we put into one of our closets. We have a larger iron (Rowenta) that we attach to the holder and the rubber attachment broke off. Customer service was great from BEED - they called us back within an hour of calling, sent us two replacement attachments, and a replacement cover as well (we misplaced ours during a move). It was a great experience. You've got a lifelong customer.

Great idea, less than great execution **Edited - Problem Resolved**

Overall I like most things about this ironing board - the smaller footprint, the padded top, the built in storage for the iron. Most of it seems well designed. However, the board wobbles when you use it! I even bugged Amazon for a replacement since I thought I might just be a defective one, and the second one I received also wobbled. The legs do not sit far apart, and are not the same length, which results in the board wobbling during use. Will be returning the second attempt as well, unfortunately. The search continues.... EDIT: The seller was very responsive to both a message I sent him and to my review. He assured me that he takes great care in making sure his products are well-built, and offered some suggestions for remedying the problem - including returning the second board that was sent to me, which he would then replace with one he'd hand pick from his warehouse. I ended up taking his advice and attempting to adjust the legs. It turns out the rubber stops on the bottom of the legs are moveable, and can be adjusted by putting some filler between the metal legs of the board and the rubber stops. I tried the gentleman's suggestion and it ended up being an easy fix. The board is great now! I love the material, and the utility of being able to store my iron with the actual board. I'm changing my review back to five stars, both because this was an easily fixed issue, and because of the great customer service from the seller. I would not hesitate in buying another product from this company.

Portable, easy to get it out of the way, with thick top

Received the item on time and in great shape. It is a high quality and has a thick padding on top. I iron occasionally so it is great to get it out of the way when I don't need it. Would recommend it, great value!

Excellent, very useful

Excellent, very useful, space saving and convenient. I tried couple ironing boards and I hated those, they were not strong and stable enough that they kept shaking when I tried to iron. I love this product. I am so happy that I finally found a pretty spectacular one. It makes ironing so much easier it is stable, it doesn't shake when I am ironing.Its a very well designed, space saving and light weight board . You can easily hang it on the wall . well worth the price.

Updated - awesome ironing board and easy storage!

The ironing board looks great, but I'm disappointed that it seems to have arrived without the silicone strap to store my iron. ("Hang it after strapping the iron when you are done. Ironmatik’s silicone elastic band keeps your iron tightly wrapped in to the board.") The strap is the main reason I got this iron. I like the idea of storing the board and iron together. The board looks like it is good quality and compact, but I'm still disappointed that it didn't come as advertised. Update: The owner and CEO of the company reached out after my original review. He apologized for the missing strap and offered to send a replacement. Now that I've recieved it, I have updated the review to 5 stars. This board is very easy to store and I especially love that the iron is stored with it! My partner kept leaving the iron on the floor and I'd regularly trip on it, so this is a huge improvement. It's easy to move the board to the living room and do some ironing while watching movies or shows. I have wood floors and it appears so far that the board doesn't scratch the wood during use. Excellent purchase and great customer service! Highly recommend.

I normally don't review products. However, this is one of those things I had to. This has been by far the best I have ever used and I strongly recommend. It is light weight & compact. Has a silicon band as well as a tray that allows me to store them together even when the iron is still warm. It is well-made. Does not wobble or shake like some of them out there. Great value for the price, high quality top, easy to store and great customer service. By far the best iron board I have ever bought in ironing board category.

Holds iron and hangs on closet bar - all in one solution to put everything away (out of sight!) after ironing.

I often travel for business and I see ironing boards hanging in the hotel room closets with the iron attached to it and think- Why can't they make this for residential use? I hate having to put an ironing board away and having to figure out what to do with the hot iron. Well this ironing board solves all my problems. I don't have to keep the board+iron out in the room all day until it cools enough to put away. It's super convenient in that it holds the iron in place with a simple rubber sling (so easy to remove, lock iron in place). And it holds heavy irons in place beautifully (I have a super heavy German-made Rowenta iron). Sometimes the simplest solutions are the best, and my room is no longer cluttered all day with an ironing board and iron after I prep my clothes for the day.

I have had the ironing board a little over a week now. It was nicely packaged when delivered to my place. Also, after taking the ironing board out of the package and setup, it sat very steadily on the floor. I also noticed the extra thick padding on the board, allowing for the iron to glide on the surface. Lastly, the ironing board fits very well in my apartment; I can easily hang the board in my closet very well. I would recommend the board to others; maybe for the next version let's add the iron to it.
