Great product at an amazingly reasonable price

I use parchment paper all the time. Have bought white parchment many times from King Arthur Flour, in packages of 100 half-sheets. This is the first time that I have ordered unbleached parchment. And Baker's Dream from Aliza Imports will be my go-to brand, from now on. Beautifully packaged, to remain flat during shipping and storage, and works wonderfully. I bake cookies, line cake pans and roast vegetables on parchment, just to mention a few of the ways I've used it. Everything releases like magic, and there's less clean-up for me! And this unbleached parchment was about 40% less expensive than the white half-sheet parchment that I've previously bought from King Arthur Flour!

First time I've tried an unbleached parchment sheet, works just fine, nice to be able to simply pull a sheet from the box and use it. The sheets go all the way to the sides which I like...the other ones I used did not and now I can get in that extra row of cookies! Width wise goes a bit wider than the width of my cookie sheet, but it's really not a problem, just thought I would mention it. Made in China. Probably not as inexpensive as parchment rolls, but sometimes convenience trumps all. The cookie sheets I use are the ones you get from Costco.

Like Air Hockey for your Baked Goods

These parchment sheets are just what I wanted. They have released everything perfectly and effortlessly so far, including: - biscuits (pretty lean, a bit sticky) -soft pretzels, (lean boiled dough, egg wash, quite sticky) -danishes, (buttery, not very sticky) -cookies (melted sugar, moderately sticky) -pizza (WET dough- very sticky. I did spray this one lightly, not being that much of an optimist- but the pizzas slid around on the parchment like air hockey when I took them out of the oven. That would never happen on a bare pan, no matter how much you sprayed it.) I repeat- they released everything EFFORTLESSLY. They remain in such good shape, even after use, that I think in the future I'll be able to use them each twice. The dispenser box is neat and convenient and the label is beautiful. I think the opening could be wider- it is a bit narrower than the sheets and rumples their edges as they are pulled out. I haven't had one tear, but I think the narrow opening could tear sheets, especially when the box is still pretty full. This is not enough of an issue to affect the star rating. I think I could easily just cut to the edge with a knife, and the problem would be solved. On the other hand, the narrow opening does help retain the sheets in the box, and since they are slippery, that's probably a good thing. Another reviewer mentioned that they are shorter than a standard half-sheet. On my restaurant supply half-sheets, they leave about 1/4" uncovered at each narrow end. They are a bit wider than my pans, though. Even though I like to fill my pans' surface area pretty full, the shortness had not been an issue. The quarter inch is not enough to make a difference in performance for me. I recently returned a package of parchment to another seller- the sheets were tissue-thin and rumpled, and stuck like crazy. I am so happy to have found these, and will re-order when mine run out.

Wish I hadn’t waited so long to try these! Such a HUGE timesaver and on my busy weeks! It fits perfectly in my pans, and worked like a charm! We’ve baked everything from my cookies to chicken breasts on them with great results! I also love that I don’t have tons of little boxes to store... just an envelope! And, such great customer service!!! Received an email checking to make sure my product wasn’t damaged in transit! Very happily recommend to everyone!

Works Very Well

I have only used this paper to bake cookies at 350 degree F. and it was fine. So I can't comment on its high temperature performance. The paper is quite lightweight , thin and slick compared to bleached parchment I have used. I was concerned about the cookies sliding off cookie sheet when handling or (and even worse the whole load-sheet and all-slipping off the cookie sheet onto the floor or wherever it lands. Don't laugh--this can happen to the best of us. To be safe I used two one-inch office binder clips on a long side if each cookie tray and this worked like a charm. The parchment sheets and their precious cargo remained secure to the cookie sheet and all was well.

Best Ever baking Parchment Paper!

These are absolutely the best parchment sheets I’ve ever used. My cookies baked to a beautiful golden brown. I couldn’t believe what a difference these sheets made in the final result. They never curled and could be reused without a difference in the final baking result. I’ve always used King Arthur’s parchment paper but I was in a jam timewise so I ordered these because I could get them faster. I’m sure glad I did. I will definitely use these from now on. In addition, the seller contacted me to be sure I was happy with the shipment. Wow! That never happens!! I’m so impressed. Top notch firm. Thank you.

Much better than rolled up parchment paper!

I love baking every time we have a party and these are perfect! They lay flat right out of the package and fit right to the edges of my pan. I was able to reuse it for a second batch no problem at all! Will reorder once these run out but probably wont be soon since it seems like I can use one sheet 2 or 3 times!

Perfect fit, excellent value and quality

Excellent parchment paper. Fits like a glove on my 1/2 sheet pans. The paper has a smooth very light waxy feel to it. The food, even baked on cheese, slides right off. Excellent value and quality. The packaging is in a flat cardboard , the same size of the sheet, so finding a drawer to store them is not easy. I just have them laying flat in my pantry closet. Problem solved! Will be ordering again! Glad I found these :)

The parchment paper arrived promptly and in perfect shape. I really appreciate that they were packaged in an envelope for easy storage. I've used them about 6 or 7 times so far and they work really well for all my baking needs. I've ordered from another company off of Amazon and I liked those, but these are much better. Non-stick, non-bleached, non-toxic and pre-cut is really the only way to go. Will definitely recommend and put them on my re-order wish list.

Better than I expected.

Actually bought these as an add on purchase, but am happier with them than I expected. Convenient box. Sheets are quite slippery which is ideal for my needs. I use parchment a lot for baking sourdough breads and find I can reuse the sheets more than grocery store parchment. Also a lot more non stick than grocery store. Could be a little longer for some of my needs, but they are as advertised. I’ll be using them to bake marranitos and regular cookies as well. I’m confident they will work very well.
