My small company uses the HN3500 for a simple time and date stamp. The cards are then turned over to our payroll department to figure payroll so our needs are fairly basic. We used the time clock without incident for 6 months but then, for some unknown reason, it started to malfunction. At that point, I would have given it 1 star. However, I emailed the seller for a technical support number and received immediate response. Called the number and spoke with Mario who was extremely patient and walked me through the reprogramming of the entire system until we got the problem corrected. Now my time clock works like a charm again. I have determined that electronics are just electronics. They are only capable of putting out what is put into them so the most important part of any piece of equipment is the technical support that comes with it. For this reason, I am giving this time clock 5 stars because the technical support that came with it is definitely deserving. The time clock is not so bad either!

Very nice and convenient to use

Very satisfied with this punch in clock. The software that comes with it is online and is very helpful in calculating your hours. It is still fairly manual, but it is still pretty helpful. It is easy to install and the manual is fairly easy to follow if you are willing to take some time to read it and go through it. There are quite a few videos to help you as well. Very easy to operate. Plus, the punch cards are fairly inexpensive. I would recommend for small businesses that have 5+ employees.

Very happy with this time clock!

This time clock has worked awesome so far. It took a little bit for the employees to understand it due to the crazy hours they work at our operation. This clock is full of features that we were unable to utilize due to the around the clock labor, however I was very impressed with the possibilities. Due to the location of our time clock (near water), I ordered an acrylic box to have it sit in. Overall this clock is easy to use (if you follow the directions), I love that it has a battery so it doesn't have to be reset when the power goes out, and I haven't had to touch it in the 6 months since it's been set up!

Love it!

Our office was in need of a new time clock that was simple but did a great job. I give this one 5 stars. I'd give it 6 if that was an option. This time clock lets us use one timecard per employee for a whole month! No more wasted timecards after 1-2 weeks. It works well for the office of 10+ employees. The setup is easy and simply, basically plug it in and go. We got it running the same day we received it. Would definitely recommend this time clock.

Easy to use once you read the simple and clear ...

Easy to use once you read the simple and clear instructions. I've never used any sort of punch machine before and I was able to set this up accurately in about 20 minutes. Getting my guys to remember to punch in is taking much longer. Easy to use, not complicated and accurate.

Great Timeclock!

I bought this to replace an older one for our company that cost twice as much. This had great reviews and lives up to them! I got time cards, keys, a timecard holder, etc all in one! Red and black ink. Things that are AWESOME about this product: Plays music 5 minutes before closing Prints with red/black ink to show if late, etc You can add SO MANY settings for the red/black inc, etc! Easy of use; changes days automatically I have yet to use the download for payroll, but I'm sure that will save me a lot of time and hassle. You DO have to change the time slot for punching in/out and our employees clock out so many different times I can't really automate that. Does take some time to set up properly, but the directions were helpful and easy to read.

Fantastic for the price.

This is such an easy time clock to use. I put it in my shop (6 employees) and love the fact that the clock is HUGE on it. It also doesn't allow the cards to be put in the wrong direction, always punches in the right date and is quick and easy. The card are durable (we use 2 week time cards) The only thing that I would do differently is purchase the next model up that calculates hours for you

Love this punch clock

Love this punch clock! Love that it has. Artery backup so you don't have to reset in the event of power outage. Love that I can use 1 card for 6 months. (We only punch out) In order to use it for six months only punching once you have to select the colum each morning for the whole day! Love it!!!! Saves a boat load on cards!😊

Inexpensive time Clock that performs like a STAR!

This is a great no nonsense time clock with no bells and whistles. It allows you to punch in and out 3 times during the day. i was skeptical at first because of the inexpensive price but am I glad I bought it. Its perfect for a small shop. Easy to use. Setup is easy. Almost comes working out of the box. I would buy again.

Easy set up and use

Our company has been using the uPunch since September 2018. We've never had to use a time card machine before, so we were doing a lot of research before we made the purchase. What drew us to uPunch was the price point and claims of being easy to use. I personally was the one who set up the machine and it was quite easy just by reading the instructions. Punching in and out is a no brainer. Even if you haven't read the instructions yet, just by looking at the machine you can figure out how to punch in and out. So far, we haven't had any technical issues with it (knock on wood). I would recommend this machine, especially, if you're looking for something simple and easy set up. All you have to do is read in the instructions! Plus, you can't beat the price compared to the other machines out there.
