Great value and pretty well quality

It has been half a month since it arrived my home, but I have been on a business trip in Morocco before. So I only had a chance to use it last week. When I first feel the weight of the courier, I was clearly aware of its material and ability to bear weight. In fact, this is the case, the heavier the gimbal is, the heavier camera it can bear. It can be released quickly, with a non-slip mat, and slipping seems to be impossible. I don't need to worry about anything, so I recommend it.

Great... after you figure out how to use it properly

I had a problem with the camera plate slipping off, until I watched a few youtube videos on how to tighten the knob to hold the camera plate in place. The knob is so close to the bottom of the camera, that I was turning it the other way, which effectively loosened it instead of tightening it. After a little maneuvering I finally got it to work for me. The pan head is of excellent quality, no complaints there.. I just wish there was an instructional video on it.

Super simple to use.

The video on all of my cameras is much more leveled out when I use this especially since it has a built in bubble balancer for tuning. I've used it with big lenses and small lenses and it handles both the same. I love the fluid action of this tripod head, the motion is extremely smooth for panning and it really shows when I film. The handle makes it really easy to move my camera and it's easy to attach with the detachable quick release plate.

More stable than I expected

I got this because many other comments have highlighted it well. Heavier than I expected, it is understandable because 90% of it is made of metal. I saw other pan heads that was cheaper than it, but none of them was more popular. Because it is used in conjunction with my cam, I don't mind investing a little more money, and then it is not a big sum. It supports adjustable shooting angles, 360 degrees horizontally and -70 to 90 degrees vertical, providing multiple shooting ranges and quick release of the cam. There is no reason not to choose it.

really helps A LOT

Great video head for the price range. It fits my tripod perfectly, and the level really helps me make sure i have the perfect shot when we are filming. Panning is smooth and all critical parts are built of metal. It has a bit of weight to it so it can bear the loads of heavier cameras with big lenses. The head is coated with a very wear-resistant finish. My wife and I use this all the time for filming our daughter's soccer games. The motion is very fluid and it is extremely easy to set up. really helps when you are shooting movements.

Excellent

Excellent tripod head, very smooth. It has tension adjustments and locking mechanisms so the camera doesn't fall down on its own. Very good mounting on both, includes an adapter for larger tripod mounts (3/8 vs 1/4). Has a good amount of weight to it, doesn't feel cheap at all and is very comfortable and easy to use. Produces fantastic shots, makes video look extremely more professional than if I had filmed by hand.

Has immensely improved my filming!

I honestly love this fluid head for a my tripod. It's construction feels sturdy in my hands and looks really professional, in design and function. It pans and tilts smooth as butter with my camera on top of the mount and allows me to film more widely and in motion gives me a far more range of shots than without it. The handle really helps things along. Two different sized thread screws so it can mount cameras with 3/8 or 1/4 making for dual compatibility. Has immensely improved my filming by giving me balance and steadiness.

Safe and reliable, Love it!

I was so happy to buy this product. The price was reasonable and it arrived soon. It is made of metal and is relatively solid and a bit heavy. But it does what it should do, just like advertising. I used it to do an event last weekend, and it kept the camera well. The fast release board is very practical, compact but flexible. I like this rigorous product which would not pose any risk to my camera. I only have a positive review on this heavy duty pan head, thanks a lot!

Very pleased with it.

Very pleased with the durability of this heavy duty tripod head! Fits quarter inch and 3/8 dslrs, easy to slide out quick release plate so I can easily attach it to my canon t5i. The handle makes panning effortless. Fluid drag motion, runs smooth, no jerking or jamming when I'm rotating or tilting. This is especially great for filming but works wonderful for photography too!

Do not pass up on this one

Over the years I have tried many different types of heads that claimed to be fluid with no drag and easy to use. This head has really surprised me as far as quality, weight, and sturdiness. I shoot with my Canon all the time and use some fairly heavy lenses while I am out. This is one of the first heads that i tried that actually holds up to what it advertises. The best part is, its WAY less expensive that some other brands, and works even better. Panning is as smooth as butter and the range of mobility is great. There is no reason to pass up on this one. I was blown away with this pricing and performance.
