Works great!

Love this. Works great for putting in lines of lights or outlets when doing electrical work. You can see it pretty good also even in the day.

A great laser level and good price point

I bought a red lighted laser level a few weeks back and it was pretty decent. In fact it was really nice, except in the daylight you couldn't see the image on the wall very well or at all in many cases. So I returned it and decided the extra money was the only option. Pay the money unless all your work is to be inside where you can control the ambient light. The green is super bright, even in sunlit rooms. Maybe not in direct sunlight, but I imagine the glasses that are available will accommodate that.

Just what I was looking for

As many reviews pointed out, this does not work great outdoors at least not in bright sunlight. It did work pretty well on an overcast day and in the shadows. Does that mean it can't be used outside, not at all, just understand you have to minimize the distance and expect the beam to be a little hard to see. I was able to see the beam 26ft on a slightly overcast day. Inside or at night outside this thing comes to life. The light explodes off the wall, I verified level with a six foot beam level and it was spot on. For outside work, if possible set a number of stakes and mark them at night, then work off those marks during the day. Great purchase, everything I had hoped it would be.

LOVE IT!

Mine has been running for 8 hours per day, 6 days a week for weeks now with no issues. It's even survived a drop off a 6 foot ladder with no effect on accuracy. How can you not love that. Brighter than my $300 dollar cross-hair lasers, and very easy to see. I even bought another one as a backup in case it doesn't survive my next drop off a ladder...but so far taken a beating and keeps working. I've been running it off rechargeable NiMH batteries fine if anyone is interested because it will chew through batteries running 8 hours each day. This literally might be my most used, and favorite product I've purchased off Amazon.

It works great!

There are so many laser levels out it’s nearly impossible to pick one least it was for me. I don’t have any experience with any others so can’t say why this is better or worse than others but it worked great for me. I needed to tie 2 walls together with vinyl siding about 80 ft with 1 corner. Using this laser helped me easily verity the installed siding on one wall was an inch higher than the other. Using a 6 ft level end to end is not very accurate we tried that. So we allowed for the 1” difference and the siding came out perfect. It isn’t so bright I could use it in full sunlight but I made my measurements early morning and got my starter strip set and got busy siding. I recommend this tool it’s super bright indoors!

I like it!

Works really well. Like the green color. I have others but this is my favorite. However none of theese work in bright sunlight. Just keep that in mind and enjoy the convenience theese tools provide.

Slightly Better Than Advertised for My Intended Use

Bright, accurate, 90 degree beams. Works well indoors in bright overhead room lighting and sunlight through the windows. Not ideal for bright outdoor Summer sunlight. What makes it for me is the extremely adaptable magnetic mount. The mount itself is held together by two screws that can be removed. The mount itself is designed to reassemble in various orientations -- including hanging from overhead pointing down towards the floor (as from a furnace duct) without danger of the magnets giving out. That was my intended use. I thought I would have to "cobble" something together. But, the mount was easy to disassemble and reassemble for my exact need -- only took a screwdriver and a couple minutes.

Amazing

The target that comes with it is useless. However the unit itself is amazing. The color of the laser which is green really is better than red. Also shoots a nice vertical line that’s 90 degrees up from the face of the unit. I use is so much I bought two of them. They come in a nice zipper cloth case too. Don’t think because it’s only 65 bucks is isn’t good because it’s great, dead on.

Well worth it!!

Nice!! I was Skeptical if it was going to be good for professional use but this thing is sweet!so far so good.

Solid laser level

Ordered this cross line laser level to install tile in my bathroom. The product worked exactly as described. It made aligning everything very easy. The level is accurate. The green lines are easy to see. The only knock I had on the level is the fact that it burns through batteries quickly. Make sure you have plenty of batteries if the job you are doing is time sensitive.
