I love this Per08 We love coffees from a perculator. This one does a great job. This perculater is beautiful in my kitchen I like it so much I am considering buying the 12 cup. So I can serve both regular and decaf coffees at the same time when needed. Cheree

Use coarse ground coffee for best results!

Works great, but my coffee grounds are too fine for a percolator, so they seep through, even with a paper filter added. Totally my problem, but with 20 bags of gourmet coffee on hand, already ground for drip coffeemaker use, gonna use what I have first!

Absolutely fantastic Five Star for this coffee percolator. Coffee is hot and ready for your cold creamer and still stays hot forever. He size of this pot is genius. Way better than the fabreware one we have been buying forever!!! Try to find you a thick handmade pottery large coffee cup. Love the on/off switch on side too. Coffee tastes so much better. This is the one you must have. We use Starbucks “Expresso Roast” ground for a French press or a percolator. We like ground for French press. Fill to 8 cup line with water, then scoop 1/8 cup coffee scoop (at Walmart all the time) with 5 scoops of coffee. Then turn On. ENJOY!!!!

Makes GREAT Coffee

Love my Percolator. Was tired of old dull K-Cups. I wanted fresh gourmet coffee. This brews to perfection and is also pretty enough to leave out on your counter. I bought this after listening to Bobby Flay say that the best cup of coffee is percolated and that's what he does every morning. He's right!

makes very strong coffee and very hot

This is by far the best coffee maker I have ever owned. The way it perks makes extra strong coffee. Therefore you are able to use less coffee than you normally would. Also, it is very, very hot. Very Nice! Use with a lamp timer!

Little features which we really like: Rich, steamy hot coffee, keeps coffee warm, glass peek knob on top, pours well, easy clean, no plastic touches the coffee, looks good on the counter. We fix it up the night before and use a lamp timer to have it brewed upon waking! With our old single server model coffeemaker- we always poured hot water into our mugs to get them warm first before making a cup of coffee. No need for that now as this heats the mug up really well. Also, old single-serve tastes lackluster and lukewarm now...

I love this percolator!

This is the best percolator I have ever bought!! The coffee is super hot even after I add my cold half and half. Coffee is smooth and brewed perfectly.

Great Perc Pot

I am completely satisfied with this percolator. I bought the 8 cup. It has a nice design, is lightweight, has an on off switch, and does not make a lot of noise when running. The inside has marks indicating how many cups of water to put into it. The only complaint I have, is that the electric cord could have been a little longer.

Completely stainless steel internals so nothing else comes into contact with coffee. Glass sight plug on top instead of plastic and you know when perking is ended not only from noise but from sight glass. Coffee may have to sit in your cup for a moment as coffee is hotter than drip type machine when done. Coffee pot will keep coffee at maximum temperature when done unless you switch coffee pot off. Very stylish and well made. When using small grind coffee use a 4 cup Mr. Coffee filter pushing it into basket and letting the perk tube make hole through it, then after adding coffee push a flat coffee disc down on top before setting on basket lid and you will get no grinds in your coffee. Be careful when it is perking if you get too close to pour spout you can get severely burned from almost invisible steam
