Awesome Compact Travel Option

The product comes in its own little travel bag. It took only a few minutes to blow it up with our little Hiccapop pump, and get it into my son’s bed. As seen in the picture, it can work with a standard sheet, but it makes more sense to use a deep fitted sheet (as mentioned in the instructions). We already have the original Hiccapop bed bumpers and love them for traveling by car. However, we are about to take a trip by plane, and I’m very excited for this smaller option which will fit easily into my carry-on luggage. I’d definitely recommend this for a trip when packing space is limited!

Best travel bed bumpers ever!

I fell in love with Hiccapop products when I purchased their foam bed bumpers. When I saw that they came out with a travel inflatable version, I had to have them. Hiccapop never cease to amaze me. I love these bumpers for so many reasons. 1. You're probably thinking you could just use pillows, why bring an inflatable bumper? Then, you inflate this bed bumper and it is narrow enough to make sure your child doesn't fall out of bed, but not so large as pillows that it takes up the entire twin bed your child usually has to sleep in when you travel. 2. It takes maybe 30 seconds to blow the entire bed bumper up. It even has a really nice easy to close area where you blow it up and can close it tightly so no air escapes. 3. The extra material you put under your child really allows the bed bumper not to move throughout the night unlike pillows, that fall out of the bed every single time! 4. They are so small when deflated and take up very little space in a luggage. My son did not fall out of bed the entire time we were away. I absolutely love these bed bumpers and they are officially a part of my travel bag for whenever we are out of town. I highly recommend you consider purchasing these bed bumpers!

Easy to use; quick and simple safety.

This bumper does what it’s supposed to do: keep my little one from hitting the floor. One side of the bed is against the wall and the other was open, so she’d roll out at times. We used to try and line of pillows and stuffed animals, but this sandbag approach was questionable. We found this and it’s been smooth sailing ever since. I love how we can deflate it, fold it up, and take it to hotels, grandparents, etc.; so simple and transportable. Only thing that’s tough on me is that it can be like trying to crawl out a dinghy if you lay next to your kid for reading, bedtime, etc. But after numerous times sitting on it or rolling over it to quietly escape after she’s out, it hasn’t popped yet.

Just got them in today! I bought 2 since we are going away next week and my 2yr old son will be in twin bed by himself. I thought the valve was gonna be a pain because it's so big but was actually really easy to blow up and only took a min using my air, no machine needed! Love the extra fabric that they lay on to help keep in place but I dont even think its actually needed because they have some SUPER grippy dots on the bottom!! It came in a nice little carrying bag and one bag can easily fit the two of them!! Will update review after our trip but pretty impressed so far!!!

Awesome product!

Awesome item! Should have purchased sooner! We bought this for traveling after many sleepless nights at hotels for fear of my toddler falling off the bed. It is super easy to just blow up, place under covers and for peace of mind during the night. My toddler actually still fell of the bed at our hotel but it was because we didn’t tightly install the fabric piece underneath the covers. And he’s a big boy that moves around a lot, what can we do. It was still a good purchase and you can just easily deflate and pack up for storage for travel! Now we just use it at home to put into the crack between the wall and our queen bed.

Great product for traveling with toddlers

We just used these for the first time on a trip to Bermuda with two toddlers. Our almost two year old was going to be sleeping in a regular bed for the first time and loves to sleep against the rails of his crib at home, so I was a little nervous having him sleep in a bed using just pillows as a “railing”, so when I found these I purchased them immediately. They are light weight and don’t take up much room in a suitcase, were easy to blowup, and stayed inflated and didn’t move under the sheet for a week. They kept him in bed and he slept great in a bed for the first time. Great purchase for traveling with toddlers, I’d highly recommend!

Perfect for keeping babies and toddlers from rolling off bed

Ordered two of these for a Hotel stay. We cosleep with our baby and toddler and our mattress is on the floor at home so we needed something for the hotel to keep them from rolling off. I looked at some similar to these and they were more expensive. I took a chance on these without any reviews and I’m glad to say I’m glad I did. First they come in little travel bags. Perfect. Once I opened it, I saw the port to blow it up and initially thought I would need a blower, but I was wrong. I was able to blow it up using only my mouth in less than 30sec. Again, perfect. The actual plastic blow up tube is zippered inside a very light fabric with a “tail” that you spread out underneath the sheet, so as you lay on the tail, the tube can’t slide off the bed as you lean against it. The bottom of the fabric where the tube sits also has really good grippers to help hold it in place. Throughout the entire hotel stay (8 days) it never slid off the bed. And it deflates in seconds. Really happy with everything about it.

Compact and secure

I have been looking for a product like this for travelling and Hiccapop has great reviews. I am pleasantly surprised by the quality and how small it rolls up to. It isnt any bigger than a pair of shoes so packing it will be easy. It has a really easy inflate valve, it us big for a pump but I blew it up with my mouth in seconds and the valve has a shutter so it doesn't leak out while you try to close it. The concept is very simple just place under the fitted sheet. It has a washable cover in case it gets dirty (or you use it in a strange bed). My 3 year old stayed in place next to it and I felt very secure that she wouldn't fall so I slept much better, no more pillow walls! I would buy this 100 times over!

Easy to use, great for travel

These are awesome. I bought these before a road trip where we stayed in 5 different hotels. They inflate, install, and deflate easily. My 4 yr old and 1 yr old didn’t fall out of bed, though I didn’t trust my 1 yr old with it when I wasn’t in bed with him too, so we also brought a pack n play for him to sleep in before I went to bed. My 4 yr old has been using hers at home for about 6 weeks now with no problems. This is our second hiccapop brand purchase. I’ve been impressed with their quality.

Strong and easy to set up and tear down. Slip resistant too.

I bought this to put on my bunk for my dorm room as I move around a lot in my sleep and I don't want to roll off the bed. This product is really sturdy and even though it doesn't come with an air pump it is easily inflated by mouth and doesn't take very long to set up, just a few minutes. You can remove the inflatable part to clean the sheet it is in if necessary. It has slip resistant pieces on it to stop it from sliding or falling off the bed. Tear down it not difficult either. Just a minute to deflate and roll up back into the bag.
