Great chair and a great buy

I needed a low profile chair for a concert and wasn't sure exactly what to get and took a leap on this chair. It was exactly what I was looking for. Small, low profile, lightweight and sturdy. It was wide enough that I could sit Indian style and be comfortable even my Siberian husky liked it!

Saves space when packing for the beach!

I bought this chair for outdoor concerts that require a low chair and also to take to the beach. It arrived quickly and I just used it this past weekend at the beach. I LOVE that it collapses into a bag because it takes up much less room in the vehicle and is much easier to pack. The bag having a shoulder strap makes it very convenient to throw on your shoulder and head to the beach. However most days I didn’t bother with the bag, and it was still easy and light to carry. The mesh back insert was nice to keep your back from sweating so bad. Not having a a metal bar under your legs was nice. It collapses super easy and you can basically close it up with one hand. The cup holder was nice and was not in the way. The only downside is that it doesn’t recline like some beach chairs do. Overall it is a great chair!

comfortable chair that I could take on the trail and ...

I do a lot of hiking and kayaking. I was looking for a very light weight, comfortable chair that I could take on the trail and on the water. This chair has been on several overnight hikes as well as kayaking trips. It's light, easy to stow and very comfortable!! I love it!!

Comfortable, sturdy, & portable!

We were going on a quicky beach vacation. Traveling by airplane, we would not have our usual car full of beach gear. What a drag! We are getting a little older, so sitting on a towel in the sun isn't so fun. And scrambling to buy cheap gear is a waste of limited time. But then I had a brainstorm. Why not pack & check a duffel with portable gear? These chairs fit the bill. Folded, two chairs just fit the length of our duffel. Leaving plenty of room for one of the new portable Neso shades, a folding six-pack cooler, ground cloth, my beloved kite, and a few misc items. The chairs were great. The good things about them. First, the seats are comfortably wide & they hold an impressive 300 lbs. The armrests - IMO chairs are useless without armrests - very comfortable. And the curve of the seat-to-back also worked well. We spent a great day comfortably reading by the sea! I only wish I had a full-height version with similar features!

Perfect compact beach chair for boaters that spend their day on the beach!

Love, love these chairs! I bought two because I have been looking for this design for ages. We are boaters so we need chairs that fold up like these. You can find the regular chairs all day, but to find a beach chair that folds and has a cup holder was great!! It is perfect for boaters because of the compact design. The only thing I have found that I am not fond of are the feet, they pick up the sand in the grooves and it takes a bit to get it out. Other than that these are perfect and I have been looking to buy another one for our son, but haven't been able to find them on amazon. I have another boating friend that has been looking for them as well.

Can't go wrong with this purchase.

Bought this chair to sit in the river when I go on really hot days. Easy to set up and take down. Sturdy. Well built. When folded up and put in its carrying case doesn't take up a lot of space. Would buy again

Perfect chair

My spouse and I purchased two of these chairs to use inside our Pacific Breeze easy-up beach tent (we bought the XL version of the tent), and these fit perfectly. Low enough to the ground to fit in the tent or put your feet in the surf but just high enough to keep your bottom off from hitting the sand. We were very impressed by how high quality they were, and they are very comfortable. Wide enough for almost anyone to use, and the cushioned arm covers and cup holder are nice added touches. They are very, very lightweight and easy to carry, yet they feel rock-solid. We've had these for a few months and are looking forward to using them for years to come! Definitely a worthwhile purchase--you won't regret it.

Excellent, sturdy, COMFORTABLE, lightweight chair

After a ton of research we finally bought these chairs. They are lightweight, easy to carry and extremely comfortable to sit in, even for longer periods of time. We use them primarily for the beach and they're a great choice. Look no further for a truly lightweight, sturdy and comfortable folding chair. They do sit low to the ground, which was not at all a concern for us, but might be for some.

Soccer mom here, and this chair is the best!! Super light; which is important when I’m dragging a wagon FULL of stuff a mile away from my car. It folds up WAY easier than the pop up tent, and so far this chair hasn’t collapsed on my head or pinched my fingers. So if your looking for a good soccer mom chair, easily fits in the trunk, and doesn’t make you look like a complete idiot wearing it like a backpack (those Costco chairs), this is your chair.
